It'd be a way to separate him from Wrex and Grunt. I was hoping in a warrior poet, to be sincere. While Wrex was the jerk with a heart of pure platinum in ME1, and Grunt the little boy on a journey to discover himself, I would be partial for an old and wise Krogan, deeply interested in mystical and philosophical matters, lore and beliefs. Someone who has completed his journey in life, and so teaches others the way. Half errant priest, half mentor for our Ryder, all spiced up with kroganesque friendship.  |

And the one female krogan who's face we've seen (Nakmor Kesh, if I'm spelling that right?) has a 'softer' face without all the plating - a bit similar to Grunt though his looked like it was coming in. Yeah, I'm hoping Drack ends up being really different from what we might expect a Krogan to be. I'm not exactly thrilled to be getting another male Krogan as a squadmate, so hopefully his character is super unique and interesting. I don't know if I've mentioned it in this thread or only elsewhere but I'm getting crazy Grandpa vibes from his design (which I do like a lot with the bones and spikes and such). Like, he only joins the group out of worry that a bunch of young whippersnappers will screw things up if he doesn't, after yelling at us to get the fuck off his lawn colony when we meet him. |

Sloane Kelley looks way better in the gameplay demo than she did in the super unflattering Initiation screenshot: Really bad picture:  Much better picture:  Not that Nakmor will be some great beauty or anything (though she may well be by Krogan standards!) but I'm sure she'll look a lot better in the game. |

Be Krogan poetry, philosophy discussion or simply a hand through the chest, no Krogan fails to steal a heart… In all seriousness, I hope Drack comes close the figure of the wandering monk/warrior therapist. Soft spoken, well mannered, heavy plated and handed. Basically, a badass grandpa and warrior mentor for our Ryder. The VA for him should be Stanley Townsend, so I’m hopeful. |
