Mac Walter's comments are, I find, very reassuring. He referenced a lot of topics and concerns, and these are very in keeping with everything he's said so far. I see a lot of consistency in his remarks which leads me to conclude that there is a conceptual focus on what Andromeda should be and will look like. One should never forget the basics when trying something new. More than anything, I'd say that Andromeda is being designed to be more 'organic' than we've seen before, and this is being well integrated into the new game. That ME-1 is more of an inspiration while gleaning from the best parts of ME-2 and ME-3 (and MP) is the right way to go for Andromeda, imho.
