Remember when Titanbooks announced their upcoming books? One of them is called "Lost Ark". Since each ark is centered arround one specific specie from Milky Way, and the fact that we've seen Salarians and Asari in somewhat big quantities... well, im guessing Turian Ark is the one that got lost. This could mean that there wouldn't be a lot of tuarians. Maybe a few turians got on Asari, Salarians and Human (less likely) arks.

Turians are still present in the Nexus.
I'm not sure they'd make another Ark be lost, since Hyperion is technically in that situation, but we'll see in the game.

They keep Turians hidden, because eveyone wants to see them in FrostBite ASAP... heating up interest I guess.

Anyway I hope Turians play a significant role in ME:A.

I will have to agree with this 100%
I know I'm DYING to see Turians in all their Frostbite 3 glory.I just pray they are not changed too much...

Oh I know, it could be a new species that we don't know about yet. After all Bioware said there being at least two new ones, the Kett being one.
But yeah, like you said of the known species of the MEU that silhouette doesn't really match any species other than Geth. That makes me a bit hopeful as well as cautious.

Actually, Ark Hyperion apparently arrives just fine. It gets damaged after arriving, at some point. I didn't bother with spoiler blocks, since the GI article is a pretty big effort on BioWare's part to disseminate this info.
