In the Bryson's office in Mass effect 3 Leviathan DLC you can spot these pictures on various spots. As long this creature does not resemble with any known species so far, perhaps this is an easter egg for the new upcoming game. Also at the latest Andromeda trailer if you pay attention you can spot , not very clearly the following sreenshot. The alien in this picture looks like the one in the bryson's office pictures.

Headcanoning that the Roided-Hornless-Cylon-Salarian was the previous Shadow Broker before the Yahg. Come to think of it, a species like that could easily exist in canon. The Council's laws against opening new Relays for fear of triggering another Rachni or First Contact War, means there are vast unexplored sections of the Network that have remained off-the-grid.
