If Cora has a tattoo, it has to be on her lower abdomen. I think that's the only part you don't see in game and the rest of her was ink-free. The banter with Peebee does suggest she has one. Likely the banter was just forgotten about when creating her character model. Yep. It's an ' Azure' with a little arrow.

Speaking of banters, have any of you guys got any comments from PeeBee on Ryder/Cora relationship? I use them pretty often but didn't hear any. Maybe it was because of our captain obvious comments about temperature or kett camps though. This is what I saw, but it seems Peebee interrupts herself... which is probably entirely character appropriate.

Well hot damn. Watching the video is one thing, seeing it ingame another. That smirk... (SFW, unless you have a problem with naked shoulder) I went with the bang route. No-bang is nice, if game nudity is not your thing then it's a good alternative. The bang pillow talk has a similar and extended dialogue of that, it was one of the reasons why I picked that one. Also calling him Ryder instead of Scott in the nb was a bit disappointing (I always use the defaults and after HtA she used it) Animation-wise this is just wow. I don't just mean the sex (heh, we've come a long way from ME1 and DAO). The little things like the face touching, Scott touching her ear with his thumb. Again wow. If the rest of the game had this much attention to the (character) details. But of course making a 3 min scene is totally different than making a potentially 100 hours game. MEA2 though? Time to step up BW!

Just my thoughts. I guess she might be different a bit if we romance her. I'm pretty sure we all know that, elanor (not looking to speak for anyone else, but from what I've seen of the fellow Cora fans, I doubt anyone will be angry). Cora can come off as bland or takes time getting warmed up to. As with most romances, they do allow you to see a different side to a person, and Cora is no different I felt. A lot of the criticism about her comes from how she can come off as dull or repetitive, because she repeats how she was an Asari Huntress or that she's not the Pathfinder. But if given the chance, she might grow on you, like it seems to be she might be doing. I really do like Cora; she has some funny banter with Vetra and if you're looking for a solid duo in combat, she pairs up with Drack pretty well to be a rather impressive force. But that's besides the point.

I absolutely adore Cora. Also, this game is really interesting because in the original Mass Effect I wasn't so trusting/happy to see other species. In this game, it's almost always a relief.
A lot of that parallels real life; if we came in contact with an alien species, you better believe all humans would feel closer immediately.

Cora is so adoraaable and awesome. She is my favourite squadmate in Andromeda. This is the first time we have such a believable military gal. Put her with Liam and you'll probably notice best how big the difference is, between the two with their different attitude during the mission. We have the former asari commando and the enthusiastic civilian not used to military command who integrated the initiative. That's probably where you can really notice the most that her writer didn't create a fake former commando and former elite soldier. Cora has the whole attitude. You know guys, after playing this game several times with Cora as my squadmate and trying the other folks with her, I have no idea where this " Cora is boring " come from, and what led them to think that. I really hope that it's not because she is professional and focused and because she doesn't have a borderline behavior, which would be inconsistent with complaining about those who are unprofessional at the same time. Already on the whole Eos, I was already having a blast with everything she said. And she talks a lot with almost everyone. I'm starting to think that these people simply never really talked to Cora, never listened to her banter, never really picked her. I mean, I didn't talk to Jaal in my first playtrough, and it's normal, I didn't really have any thought on him until I tried to talk to him. And Jaal is awesome once I tried to discover him and picked him with me. Her war stories with the asari are awesome, I have more respect for the Asari and their way of dealing with their enemies than in the past for sure, her banters with most characters are absolutely interesting to hear, it shows who she is, she also can be funny sometimes. She isn't bland at all, you can see with peebee, drack, Liam that she has a real personality without having anger issues or showing temper. She is mostly calm and able to deal with her feelings and it's a real quality for me. She is absolutely professional and focused during the mission while still having casual conversations a lot of times, I loved that, we see that the rule of " cool " just to please a fanbase didn't happen with her. I'm so glad of that. Cora is a beautiful sensitive woman, mature, professional, focused during the mission, she has such a subtil humor that not everyone can see it. She is also casual and is able to have fun, especially during private moments hahaha. I'm loving the fact that she never hesitated to show public affection, calling my character with lovely names. I heard it in french, how does she call Ryder in english ? Sweetheart ? I can never break with Cora in any playthrough, just for fun, just for trying. It's obvious that having a man like Ryder is like a new beginning for her where she can feel safe and confident for a future more attractive and reassuring to her, she felt particularly abandoned by her fathers, the Asari, even Alec ryder who chose his son instead of her, while she considered him as her own father and loved him almost as such. She was hurt, and I would never add to that. And really, all of this is subtile, you don't see her crying, or always complaining, she always remains herself at the same time, she tries to deal with her own feeling. She is soooo adorable when you hug her to comfort her !!!!! You can see how happy she is at this moment with a big smile on her face, you can see how so much she needed that hug and that attention. That lovely woman deserves to be happy.

Just finished my Cora playthrough. I enjoyed it a bit more then the Peebee one although that was well done as well. Cora is my favorite. Also one of my favorite screen grabs from the scene. ( NSFW if you have an issue with bare flesh. SFW if seeing a human with what would be exposed on a beach doesn't bother you)

That lovely woman deserves to be happy. Well said! I'm biased toward the ME aliens so in my first 2 pts I didn't get to know her beyond the asari fan stuff. Pt3 was all Cora and I liked her. Although I felt that to get the full Cora experience you have to romance her. It isn't necessarily a bad thing but I think many of her haters brushed her off because of this, her regular friendship path doesn't offer the same level of content and depth. Also her romance scene being the most detailed (obviously hers was the priority) nets her some (un)intentional "why couldn't my LI-fu get the same attention?!" spite. I particularly liked her abandonment issues (character-wise, I'm not a monster ). Personally I found that her banter chain with Jaal offers the best insight to this particular topic. Unresolved loss of her parents, her being a biotic and not accepted, the asari tour ending prematurely with a 'k, bai'. Finding her place as Alec's 2nd, but wham, upon arrival she's not 'needed' yet again. Cue Scott, she finally has someone lasting. Btw this was a nice common theme with the MEA ladies. Shep was a therapist and daddy (a bit exaggerated, but search your feelings, you know it to be true ). Ryder is someone where they can belong - a family, a home.

I liked her from the first few conversations Ryder had with her but it was her banter with others that really got me to appreciate her. She shows different sides of herself to different people, with Ryder she is trying to stay professional but with Drack she talks about different combat techniques, with Vetra she talks about what she misses from the Milky Way. Matching her with anyone is always a good time.

After her main story arc she does get over this. it's part of her character growth. Though she does not beat you over the heaad with this. Also, take time to ask her stories about her commando days...even if the choice is greyed out. the response changes over time.

She's a big sis right from the beginning. I think that might be down to dialogue choices, even with my casual Sara, I was professional with her in the beginning cos I didn't want her to think I was taking the role of Pathfinder for granted. In the beginning, I kinda felt like I stole her job, even more so when I discovered that people kick her out of roles she enjoys all the time. I did eventually become more casual with her, as she opened up more to me.

A quick question, most likely already asked and answered. Is there an actual romantic content (dialogue) after you get Cora's sex scene? Just wondering because all I am getting after this is "Glad you came by". I am presently holding the Journey to Meridian until I complete side quests but just wondering if it is maybe acknowledged again after the main story is done? Is there any option to call her to the cabin for some hug time?Kinda like in ME2? I dunno, I completed her romance hours ago and my Ryder feels loney lol.

There is not an option to call them to your cabin, but there is a bit more romance content during the main quest and after you beat the game. The pacing is off unfornately, because of all the side quests.
