Yea unless they somehow implement a system like they did for Skyrim Special Edition, but even then Xbox and PS (especially PS) were greatly limited when it came to modding their games. |

BioWare is extremely unfriendly to modding, EA even more so, the chances of supported console mods are well beyond slim

They managed to change a bit Cassandra's face, I think, so I'm sure people will have Cora with different hairstyles. |

Don't expect every developer to follow suit with Bethesda. They more than likely did that because they have such a massive modding community. As for her hair I think such a style would look better on her had her face been a little more thinned out....or younger. As is it just doesn't really fit her phenotype. |
