Peebee (Official Thread)

I hope all of them can get armor, Cora and Peebee especially since they are probably going to be in the party most of the time.

It'd be weird if we didn't at least have one alternate costume for squadmates since we had it in ME3 and they've been touting this as a return to the RPG mechanics of ME1 (or at least a more streamlined version). I imagine that even if it's not at launch they'll eventually have DLC costumes.

I've spent an obscene amount of time crafting gear and weapons over my DAI playthroughs...

I think it'd be great to have alternative outfits for squadmates. It doesn't need to be that different, just a little something-something. Maybe if you do Peebee's loyalty mission, for example, she changes a small change to her outfit, to visually indicate a change.

I agree, it's the best way to add diversity while keeping an iconic look they seem to like so much, lots of work for the devs, though. A least there are fewer party members than in DAI, so I guess they should manage it, if they wanted.

I am not a big fan of fixed outfits for the whole duration of the game. Civvies, ok, but armor, especially when you could craft some yourself? Seems like a wasted opportunity to make the crafting system more rewarding. Different stats for different armours would also add variety in addition to the look. Sadly Bioware has reduced any micro-management for your party's equipment since ME1 in an attempt to keep things simple, which makes different armours to choose from for every squadmates less likely, but one can hope.

She looks older in that concept art imo. (if that is her)
Judging from what Neil said he wanted to align her to that of Liara's age to fit the concept of the Asari stage she was in. I can see why she went through some aesthetic changes.

Armor looks the same, but I don't think that's Peebee's concept... Maybe a different character, or just an armor concept? I like her though, looks oddly familiar

I agree. I don't think it's an earlier version of Peebee.

As for who it might be... Maybe it's one of Peebee's parents? Or the asari pathfinder? Or maybe those two are one and the same?

It could just be an asari multiplayer character, but she doesn't look anything like the "asari ninja mp character" we saw in the MP screenshot.
