Kallo Jath, the piloting Salarian (Official Thread)

This is tje question that haunts my life right now. Unknown.

With the embargo being lifted in just over half a day, here's hoping they talk about Kallo Jath since chances are they spent time in the Tempest.

I have been wondering something else. We now know that not every romance will culminate in sex (which is fine by me), but also know that some romances will be fine with you romancing other characters. Could Kallo be both of these? Seeing as salarians have a more practical approach to sex and are seen as being asexual, maybe he would find it natural that their relationship would be a platonic/romantic one only, but understand that Ryder had a need for "stressrelief" (can't help, but think of Mordin ). So maybe he would be okay with being with Ryder in an emotional relationship, but Ryder having sexual partners as well.

Now if he is a romance options , I will not cheat on him (if you can call it that, when the partner considers it acceptable), but I just considered if this was a possibility.

Well Drack could be all: "I hope you're not a rough rider, cause I just had my hip replaced"

Interesting. Did he say if he was playing as Scott or Sara?

Obviously, it might not lead anywhere, but kind of interesting that it was an option.

Yeah, definitely progress. I was kind of hoping it would be Scott, but it's good to know that at least Sara gets to flirt with him!

Not true, Suvi returned them, but it does appear we will have to flirt for awhile before we find out if the character is interested.

Not necessarily. Think of Solas' romance. He had the least romance cut scenes and content of any character, was at no point physical and was the only character you could romance, that you could not "kiss at will". Yet his was one of the most deep felt in away and became a very popular romance even so. I imagine that Kallo could be along the same line, where its a deep respect and friendship that develops into something deeper and more profound.

And let us not confuse the lack of sexual interaction with a lack of emotions. Mordin seemed to care for his nephew and felt deep regret and was very focused on helping others (even with his questionable motives ). So I don't think it will necessarily be tame.

If so, I certainly hope its not because he's an asexual romance. I loathe the whole asexual = innocent thing. 

That would be interesting, some asexuals do want/have sex. It's unlikely but I could see it being locked behind very high affection/trust or at the least an optional thing. I've always said that despite being sex repulsed, if I'd been with my partner long enough (trust them, love them, know they love me back) and they wanted to have sex, I would give it a go.
