SP will be more like ME3MP. Less pausing, more fluidity, more spawns behind the squad (hope this is not like it was in DA2), destructible cover, playing with verticality because of jump jets. Mostly favoring the run 'n gun style.

This could be problematic for people who haven't played ME3MP and who like to hunker down behind a waist high wall for the duration of combat. I used to be one of them, so I can see how this might freak out players who are in it more for the story than the combat. If I hadn't spent so many hours in ME3MP I might find the new style intimidating. Now it's just Tuesday.

Yeah, there doesn't seem to be much information there, but one thing called my attention: the jet pack.
It seems like the jet pack will add more mobility to the game, some verticality to it, yet pretty limited and pretty controlled. I guess it works more like a jump key.

The hoovering doesn't seem to be useful at all if we think of the battle arena type of combat ME3MP has, in which you are an easy target therefore fast mobility from cover to cover is ideal to survive. I guess MEAMP combat might be pretty different, with more open space and not as many enemies capable of hitting you at range.

Well technically, (at the time of my post) we're 3-6 months from release due to the "releases in spring 2017", & this Interview is 24 days old, which is when the gameplay trailer came out.

A "gameplay trailer" that features over 50% CGI cutscenes, some Mako driving, a dialogue option, and one battle in one location of single player.

Where's the multiplayer footage?

How ME3MP influenced MEASP will be amazing. With the advent of jump jets, we will finally have the vanguard glitch in SP! Enjoy the breathtaking, scenic view of the entire map from up in the clouds! I hope they plant some Easter Eggs up there, like a picture of BroJo or something!

Well then I'll tease them back by not purchasing the game until they've shown me something relevant.

And if ME3 is any yardstick, I can guarantee I won't be spending 40 hours in the single player.

And they seem to be putting all their marketing apples in the Fem Ryder basket.  I just can't believe in this barely legal badass.  Hopefully Male Ryder is actual legit, but I'm betting he's a bimetrosexual poster shim.
