Unintentional steak joke! Am I the only one who was satisfied with Vetra? Hers was one of the better paced romance. Her arc is great. She falls for Ryder because of deeds, not because she's playersexual. The only thing I missed were the 'romance greetings' after the lock and a proper audio for the ftb. As I mentioned it before they should have used the h047c laugh for that too. I disagree at the better paced. I wish she had more dialogue because the relationship kinda jumps a few pegs in some spots. Well I guess it depends on how you play. I did everything that was available/I could find before Hunting the Archon. After that the romance locks become available among other story bits. Up until that there are only flirts. Nice and subtle ones, not a "we'll bang, ok?" (not that there is anything wrong with that, see Cora ) kind. Even her loyalty mission is about caring, Sid isn't just a free pass into her panties or whatever turians wear under (if) the armor. After HtA comes the 'is this real' talk, that scene just feels right. Her 'sex' scene is full of character (you have to skip the hug though, that's how I like it at least) that's why I don't mind the ftb. PB and Cora had semi-locks after their loyalty quests, if you go with PB strings you have 2, but you have x hours of other stuff between them, the flirts and the HtA lock. Compared to them Vetra's felt better paced.

Alright folks. Shame to admit I was a Peebee-Mancer...
NG+ made me change my mind. Vetra FTW. I join the club.

Though I grew quite attached to the character. And when I did spent enough time with Vetra to figure out she's love & life... Well, that was too late. So now, my NG+ PT is my canon PT. Mostly with the same decisions, but Scott's with Vetra now.

That moment when you're an established 35 years old turian male with wife and 2 kids, and then some human starts to scan your toes at a nightclub.

Not quite a naked model of a Turian, but it's a start, I guess.

BTW Funny thing is, the newly added Turian Agent in patch 1.0.6 is also barefoot. Biower is teasing us with naked turian toes, those damn dirty minds.

When I wanted to see Vetra without her armor I wasn't necessarily had this in mind... I'd like to know her color codes. I'll repaint the next Scott and it would be cool to have matching colors. Tried it with Cora but my grey-blues were nowhere near her new default.

Tried it with Cora but my grey-blues were nowhere near her new default. You can grab the HEX color code from Vetra's and Cora's character kit. Because the MEA color wheel uses the 0-1000 color scale (instead of 255), I use this online converter to give me the RGB values. For example, the blue on the Initiative armor for Ryder, Liam, and Cora is listed as #294879. Use the converter to get 161 (red), 282 (green), 475 (blue). One helpful tip I saw was that it's easier to set the red and blue values on the triangle and then spin the wheel to adjust the green value. Listing the Initiative color values here to save you the extra work: Armor 1 #294879 = RGB 161, 282, 475 (blue) Armor 2 #D0D0D0 = RGB 816, 816, 816 (white-ish) Armor 3 #646362 = RGB 392, 388, 384 (light gray) Armor 4 #383838 = RGB 22, 22, 22 (dark gray) I thought the colors were pretty close, if not spot on in-game. It's a start but they still need to do more with her romance. I agree. It doesn't really fix the fact that she seems to have a lot less content then the other squadmate romances. I am happy they were paying attention to the fans saying fully armored turians in a romance scene is stupid. It isn't that great of a fix but they seem to have bigger problems at the moment. :poop:

Aww she looks nice no matter what she wears, but I am glad that Vetra would dress up for Ryder.

But waiting once again years for a next Mass Effect game is not... I just hope they will still go with the initial full scale story DLC support for ME:A, since there are so many side stories/mysteries left unexplained it would really bug the community, if they were just left unanswered because they simply didn't bother. In any case - for better or worse - ME:A did happen. So they cannot just back down with the story established in it, they have to move forward from where were are at. My advice to Bioware (which nobody from EA or Bioware will ever bother to read...): Set ME:A 2 few years after the first some, this will allow Ryder character to "mature" over those few years (given the responsibility as a pathfinder and all) to reach "Shepard" level of reasoning/acting. This would allow a plotwise fix to the - at times - childish behavior of characters, including Ryder we have now. Also setting it few years in the future allows all those planets we've made viable become covered with first realtime cities/facilities populated with a lot of characters. No more vastly barren landscapes (unless you travel really far away from settlements). This would add in flavor to the exploration aswell. They should also make the game a little more linear, just for the sake of better foxus on polish of main storyline/cutscenes/dialogue.

The "sequels without Ryder & Co" thing. Nope. Just Nope.

If this is what we got after 5 years I don't know what to say. They need to drop the whole open world thing and go back to how 2 and 3 were to be honest. That might be a good start to salvaging this series.

Im still optimistic enough to hope for "The Nexus DLC" for ME:A as the final story DLC, where we get this great opportunity to hang out with our crew and our LI (Vetra!) not only in serious, but normal day/life situations...

So I saw pictures of Vetra in that new outfit, and that immediately answered the question for who my 2nd Ryder should romance
