Aside: it's SO odd to me people are into Drack as a lover. I mean, Krogan are all about extra organs and redundant systems for maximum survivability, right? So, does that extend to... everything? Seriously, it's like the prospect of having sex with a rhino. That way beyond 'furry' oddness. That's just positively very very odd indeed I'm with you there. I can understand the appeal of the aliens who mostly look like humans. There's enough similarity there to find them physically attractive. Asari, Quarians, and although they aren't my cup of tea, Angarans. They all pretty much have human faces and body types that are very similar to own. But Turians? Krogan? I just don't get it. As to your question about Krogan anatomy, the unfortunate answer is yes. There was a joke in ME1 about Krogan having four testicles.

People decided she was ugly and hateworthy after she was shown for 3 seconds in a very early build a couple years ago. People would rather sell their mothers than change their opinion on the internet. That appears to be very true, Cassandra for example, i can agree she did not look great on first viewing, but she looked a lot prettier in the game, that improved her look massively while still keeping the style they wanted.

I mean, just look at this adonis.

I hope the person PBs face is from a super hot model all you haters love. Sometimes, the "hair" (or lack of) just messes the look up. The faces in this game seem well done. I am not gonna cry about the looks of these models.

True - also, by the time DAI ends, she is close to 40, and has lived the life of a warrior for decades. For that, she still looked quite nice...

She looks like a raccoon with those face markings. There's also an eerily similarity to a blue version of Shrek in her. But I won't judge until actually playing the game and seeing the personality rather than the looks.

Oh come on, don't go not-all-who-dislike-Peebee on me. That was not a dig at any specific person, especially not from here, since I hadn't even started lurking the official BSN by the time that video was originally released, but it was a overreaction if I have ever seen one. I'm aware there are valid reasons to dislike her, even if I disagree. Oh, I just wanted to throw my two-cents into the conversation while also mentioning your avatar. I think my whole post was an excuse to bring up your avatar. That's the best shot of Cora I've seen, lol. It was vaguely related to everything else, I guess, since we're talking about attractive characters? Ah, then thanks, I guess. Yeah, it is my favourite shot of her too.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that, but Yennefer is beautiful. Although I think all the hate directed at Cassandra's appearance was over the top, I don't think I'd use the same adjective to describe Cassandra. Cassandra has a much warmer personality though. Slightly O/T, but Yennefer and Morrigan from DA look like they could be sisters. They sort of have similar personalities, too.

Yen's appeal also comes from the books... she didn't have nearly enough time to be developed in TW3. Sufficed to say, she really isn't just her looks - which are "fake" anyways, since they are magically enhanced...

Cassandra looks good. Cora looks good.
peepee/ascoon/the teenage mutant ninja squid looks bad. Not just her, but all asari. And the outfit she wears? I wonder if she was a clown in the circus before joining the project?
A poster mentioned throwing her out the airlock. I wouldn't have a problem with that, but if she doesn't have to be recruited, I would call that the next best thing.
I'm not a fan of the asari, but if I like the game, I will use her for a playthrough just to hear her dialogue. After that, I won't recruit her or she will be a benchwarmer.

Romances are interesting sub-plots and if they are well done and entertaining, why should I care what the characters looks like... After all I'm not getting funky with them. In the end of the day you just have to ask yourself: What would Captain Kirk do?

While there's no council to lord over things, there is some authority that would revoke Ryder's status, among other things, not to mention loss of all followers, provided they aren't spineless like the previous lot (except Wrex and the VS).

Atleast Cassandra didnt need magic to fix her beauty But I do get your point. I absolutely adore Cassandra, but she isnt conventionally attractive. Both Yen and Cass are aquired tastes for a different reason.

It'd be interesting to see what it would be like if the game could actually react to tossing a character out the airlock. It would be. I would also include crewmembers. Imagine what it would be like to throw Chakwas out the airlock? I like the character, but I would do it for a laugh and to see the look on her face before she gets tossed out. I don't see Bioware putting that option in any future ME game. Someone else may know the answer to this, but I wonder if Ryder is a ding dong to a squadmate if that squadmate will leave? I know it can happen in DA.

PB is ridiculously ugly. I'm not surprised and I wouldn't expect anything different since DAI. Come on, it is the company policy, gay inclusion (wich is amazing), trans inclusion (as I said in other posts, great in DA, kind of out of place in ME) and ugly inclusion (this ugly inclusion is divided under two types of ugliness, manly-women and non-white-disasters) Sometimes they hit the spot with black/colored people like Vivienne, she has strong black features, she is BLACK, unapologetically black, and very beautiful at that, other times they just screw it completely The women with not-so-feminine-facial-features... it is ok because we have a standard for women faces but beyond that standard they vary from korean-childlike to netherlands-neanderthal. Cassandra is more male than Gregor Clagane but she is beautiful (I love romancing her), PB is worse, she is just ugly, she is not even masculine, just plain ugly, uglyness in its purest state. But again, you need to accept it, it is a company policy, they are going to put ugly women on their games, and male-women, because they want to educate us. Just accept it. Uglyness is to be expected from Bioware from now (DAI) on, either because of androginy or just because they tried to make women plain ugly. I think it is part of this new age, I just hope our science evolves faster than our counscience and we can eventually all look like hollywood dolls instead of learning to think critically about it. And no, it is not sarcasm, if we do not rush towards the "Plastic beauty" chances are we are going to think PB is beautiful in the future, a sad future where uglyness is celebrated. It is already bad in real world, now we can't even scape to fantasy to look for it, I mean, yeah there is Yennefer, Triss and others but Bioware is gone and others will follow... Non feminine women and not focusing on pretty women makes absolute sense in combat games... except that it is not supposed to make sense, it is fantasy, fiction, the whole point of having a fantasy world is doing things you can't do in real life like flying, summoning lightning or dressing like a princess in the battlefield (because you can protect youself with mana barriers and biotic shields). Boys want to open craters with punches and stuff, it is unfair that they get it and people looking for femininity can't have it because it is not "realistic". In all fairness the blond lady seems pretty, not that I spent time analyzing it, but is seems balanced... for now. Eventually Bioware will make all women so ugly you will want to have sex with broodmother instead of kissing a female NPC. I don't really care as long as my character can be beautiful Bioware can screw the NPC however they like. Wow..........

She reminds me of Sara from DAI. Sadly she does (didn't like that character at all - too goofy, I don't have a problem with goofballs if they can be serious when needed, but Sara couldn't, she was always hyperactive and goofy, not even when something bad just happened!) greetings LAX
