^ I always liked how this shot in the Turian's heavy melee animation makes them look like 80-90's rappers ending a verse or posing for an album cover. I hate waiting on medical test-results, BSN. I'm not a fan of having my life dictated by circumstances out of my control. I've put my life on hold due to being told I need surgery, then being told that I'm fine for now, then being symptomatic, then feeling great. I know our circumstances may not be similar, but I think I get where you're coming from.

Turians go from looking like 80s rappers ...to graceful, glorious fat ballerinas? They're truly a species of many diverse talents

Okay Turian lovers.
What is the best build for the turian sentinel? A lot of people love this class. Since I just started on the pc with a new manifest I actually skipped warp and built up the other abilities. (Which i am sure is stupid but I had to build for surviveability.)
So, how should I build him and how should I use him?

So, how should I build him and how should I use him? Max Overload, Max Warp. For the rest, max one, and 4/4 the other two. Imho, you should split Fitness/Passive, this should get his weight capacity down enough that a low level Lancer is functional on him (and with self-detonated Tech Bursts at higher levels), though many will cry that this "wastes" his Turian Passive (Seriously, there's 6 Turians, not all of them have to be weapon monsters, I'd much prefer they all have different "character"). Passive/TechArmour split is always a viable option for characters with a DR power.

For me, you have to max passives and powers. Chain overload is better on him as warp can be used to significantly bring down barrier and you get a power boost from TA. I don't get Neural Shock one bit, but that may be due to my use of a controller. Why would I drastically change where the enemies head is going to be? To stop an abomb? A head shot is better. I find the TSent very survivable with only 3 points in fitness. I could probably do 0 if I wanted but as I said, I don't know if more DR trumps fitness level. I suppose a 46664 build id useful for more survivability, but I want my Warp/Overload to do the extra damage.

Ok, as to the Neural Shock thing, Overload (and Energy Drain) have a 50% damage penalty vs Organics, Neural Shock has the "hidden" perk of removing this penalty, which makes it extremely good for damage purposes, but yeah, I HATE the ragdoll of it with a passion.

So, how should I build him and how should I use him? I always max turianpassives, overload, and warp like this. Split the rest between tech armor and fitness however you want, it really doesn't matter much between a 5/3 split or a 4/4 or whatever else for regular team game-play (match-making finds games for me roughly once in a blue moon so I predominately solo or duo and prefer 4/4). The fat turian's strengths, IMO, are as a debuffer and weapons class. The jetpackers and the cabal are more suited towards powers and melee gimmicks. If you're feeling like a champ put the Phaeston on that Turian and achieve fat Turian purity. If not, well, pick a weapon, any weapon you like. Although as is the case with the vast majority of ME3 MP builds, it doesn't really make a huge difference and there are very few ways you can break the fat turian sentinel. So play how you like and it'll probably be fine.

I am NOT talking about the standard overload stagger, that is brilliant, but the ragdoll to ground that Neural Shock adds, THAT is terrible.

The Humans have Shepard. The Blood Pack has GIGAVORCHA.
It is about time for the Turian Hierarchy to call for their own Hero.
Their calls have been heard. A Turian from the farest end of the Galaxy steped up to take his part in the fight against the Reapers. His name is unknown and he refuses to answer questions about it. but he is here to protect: The Reapers stand no chance angaist him. Nothing they tried worked out for them. Even Reaper Destroyer flee in terror because they can't withstand the armor piercing bullets from his unique Assault Rifle. He has only one weakness: Banshees But a hug only knocks him out temporary and not forever (unlike this human Shepard). Some say his size is a hindrance and at first look they might be even right: But as you can clearly see. This turian Hero is well aware of this potential problem. And like a true Superhero he has a failsafe solution for it: He has the flexablitly to reach every spot he needs to reach. Even unseen if needed. He is the Turians greatest and smallest hero.
He is here to protect.
The Reapers can't win anymore!

IMO it's kind of a matter of personal taste and depends on the weapon and team I'm with. AP/Disruptor/Drill tend to be my favorite for pugging UUP/UUG, though. ...And there's always incendiary glitching, but in general I prefer not to do that.
