I would be happy if at least we were able to travel to Mars.

As far as I know, no. Things like this are why I am hesitant to put trust in Shinobi.

However, to be fair, the work week for the end of January hasn't started yet here in the US - it's still Sunday night on the west coast where IGN's headquarters is located, for crying out loud; still a little over 8 hours until most offices will open up on the west coast, and 6 hours on the east coast. If he's right about this, I would expect the coverage to start either this week or next Monday (Feb 6th).

He's been wrong about a number of minor things over the years (claimed releases in Fall 2015, Spring 2016, Fall 2016; and the whole "Mass Effect: Contact" nontroversy immediately come to mind), but more recently he was wrong about Bioware's E3 presentation.

He said something to this effect every time he was asked about it for the entire month leading up to E3 (note the date of the post, May 10th). This is a pretty big thing to get wrong if you ask me.

To his credit, he has also gotten a number of things correct. But he is not the infallible crystal-ball wielder people say he is. Hopefully he's right about IGN as he was right about the trailer last week, but his track record does not instill me with confidence.

Every confirmation we get on this just makes my day. Really looking forward to the trailer now

This is great.

I mean, personally, I'm not sure yet if I'll end up playing as Sara.

But the fact that this time around, they have made a real effort to market the male protagonist and female protagonist both equally is really great to see, YouTube comments be damned.

Plus, it can only be good to promote this as an adventure anyone can play, male or female, and with the CC information as well, I'm just really pleased BioWare are going in this direction, of having Andromeda be like these big, epic space adventures most people can only see in the movies, but actually get to experience this time around, playing a protagonist that actually looks like them. I know Mass Effect did all this with the original trilogy as well, but the fact that Sara isn't an afterthought in the marketing this time around is really positive.
