From what I understand their expectations of lifetime sales are 6 million. From there, they expect first week sales to be 30-50% so 1.8-3 million. 

I don't believe they ever specified an expectation of 6 million lifetime sales, here's the quote from the investor Q&A session:

"Our digital cutoff is typically about 5 to 7 days depending on the calendar more than the actual days, so we will get some digital from the first few days of sales for Mass Effect. We will get very little revenue just because the way we book the revenue for the DLCs on Battlefield 1. So, you can assume that's close to zero, and assume Mass Effect is going to be anywhere between 30% to 50% of the lifetime of that title. And the last Mass Effect did close to 6 million units, so you'll probably see something like around 3 million units in the quarter depending on exact timing, so.
"

From that, I assumed 3 million units in the quarter would be the 30-50% lifetime that he was referring to. 

I'm sure they will as it'll come in hand yfor picking our team for each mission.At least in those initial early playthroughs anyway.

I do wonder if the kitchen tweet refers to a situation like in ME3 where characters were found in different spots, or there is some different routines they have that makes them walk in the ship.
Either way, I'd like to see a footage on walking around the Tempest and the crew/squad.

Good point. I hope that's where they go with it. Where you can solo if you want, like Diablo 3.

Does it include both physical and digital copies of the game?

Yeah i noticed this female redhead by the end of the trailer (she looks human).
But she is going to the shuttle opposite from the one Scott and Liam are entering so i was wondering if she is just a crew member at most.

Not that I'd mind another female squadmate, but I think it's better to not hold on this hope too much. She can very well be an important npc that doesn't join us.
What Sartoz said in regards of the armour is true, it seems strange she'd have that if she's just a crewmate.

Why?

If there's a mission that requires the skills that only a crewmember has, I can see having her/him in armor for protection.

Are we even sure it's from Tempest and she's part of our crew at least? Armor seems standart for Ai stuff and, if I remember briefing correctly, Tempest had enough room only for Nomad in its hangar.
Not to mention strange symbol on the floor at this screenshot with the redhead. Certainly don't remember it from Tempest&Nomad briefing.

Could it be us departure from the Nexus (or other station) and this redhead being NPC, this simply? Trailers aren't good at showing things in their in-game order, if we are to talk about "before this scene was that scene, so it's continuation".
