Decent video and some good thoughtful points made. Some very interesting conspiracy theories here. And they make sense as well. I don't know which to latch onto. |

A very interesting video from Minius GC about the overall "shadyness" of Andromeda Initiative, based on the summary of all the info we got till end of January. Decent video and some good thoughtful points made. I really, really, really, really, really (you get the idea) hope that Cerberus is not present at all in any upcoming or future Mass Effect titles. They were already an unabashedly redundant writer's pet that hogged way too much of the narrative spotlight in the previous trilogy (and practically had a monopoly on all secondary media) and their continued presence in Andromeda would just fly in the face of BioWare's decree that they wanted to move to a new galaxy in order to avoid the "old baggage" from the previous games; Cerberus is a pretty big musty old bag from where I'm standing. |

Even if we're not at that point yet we are pretty close to it I'd say with Cerberus. It would feel like flogging a dead horse. My feeling with Cora is if she does turn out to be the Illusive man's daughter is that I'd like to think she did a Miranda and used the Andromeda Initiative to get the hell away from him. Much like Miranda used Cerberus to get away from her father. I wouldn't blame her if that does turn out to be her story though. |

Nice video from Minius. I agree with most of the points he makes, including cerberus. Why are people so negative about them? They are not the main antagonist this time, even if they are involved they don't necessarily get much screentime.
What was really a new idea (for me, at least) is the meaning of the giant globe-like structure in the middle of the Helius cluster. Never gave it much thought, but he is right, there is something odd about it.

Are we even sure it's from Tempest and she's part of our crew at least? Armor seems standart for Ai stuff and, if I remember briefing correctly, Tempest had enough room only for Nomad in its hangar. Not to mention strange symbol on the floor at this screenshot with the redhead. Certainly don't remember it from Tempest&Nomad briefing. Could it be us departure from the Nexus (or other station) and this redhead being NPC, this simply? Trailers aren't good at showing things in their in-game order, if we are to talk about "before this scene was that scene, so it's continuation". Thats the nexus symbol I believe.
