I may be reading more than there is. Still, I like to point out his words :

I think Gamble / devs teased elsewhere about unique levels and missions. Now, combine that with art direction and narrative  and we may yet see colony settlements from the MW races with their own art/architectural designs. What will a Turian or krogan colony settlement look like? I also suspect, that each Helius cluster species we will encounter on "their turf" will show their own unique architectural designs. I'm speaking of the Khet, Remnant and other Helius races.

Support for this conjecture can be found in the E3 2015 video @1:25 where a Remnant find rises from the ground, add that concept art showing what some called "truck stop" and we can reasonable conclude that ME:A will give us very different mission levels and art. I'm not sure about the narrative, though..

What's missing from the settlements shown in the teasers are people... so far they are absolutely lifeless.
