Joking aside, between the MW species, it doesn't seem there are less humans compared to the other species. Granted, as a  whole you kill more of them compared to humans since there's 3 species compared to one.
The same goes for the natives, Expecially Kett.

It's not exactly news either, it's the same in every Mass Effect.

This does bring up the issue though that they really should not have put a number to the Ark populations. Given that if they do some nit picker will just happen to be counting all the Turians we kill and say 'muhahaha we killed 21374 Turians inconsistancy is inconsistant'...and they'd be right to.

But yeah I suspect we will be killing aliens, Andromeda, MW, and even humans based on the evidence from the trailer. I noticed that one of the enemy types in the trailer is called 'Anarchist' I got a little kick out of it but it does presuppose that some group in the MW may not be entirely with your stated mission objectives or organizing the Andromeda Iniative into a 'government'.

I think it's a class of enemy, since the two group on that planet are the Outcast and the Collective. The first are likely the ones exiled from the station.

In seriousness though, there are multiple species of aliens roaming about, so having the majority of baddies we face be human wouldn't really seem proportionate.

Of course. I think the only problem with doing a Negan role play is that after a while you'd want to go rogue and start shaking down colonies and pitting them against one another and I doubt they'd let you do that kind of stuff as awesome as that would be.
