N7 HQ?

So... After years of wondering how to increase the galactic readiness in ME3, I've just found out about N7 HQ. Amazing! Brilliant!
Problem is, it doesn't work for me. None of my achievements show and all my galactic readiness is at 0%, when in-game its 50% as standard, bit annoying but I thought, maybe it's just broken and nobody uses it, but then I saw forum posts as recent as 3 months ago saying people were using it. Any idea how to help?
NB: I know that readiness doesn't really matter but... I want to.

On holiday on Dantooine. This whole "vengeance on the Jedi" thing gets very tiring after a while.

You can only increase Galactic Readiness by playing multiplayer. That's why it doesn't have weight in the game because they can't require anyone to play MP just to beat the game.

You can in fact raise Galactic Readiness using the N7HQ, but as iM3GTR says above, you nead to log in to your EA account first. When you're logged in, go to Galaxy at War and you can deploy missions each sector. I've done it in the past when I wanted readiness at 100% but wasn't playing much MP. You're correct that it doesn't have much of an impact, but it does change a few lines of dialogue in the SP campaign.

^ You must be right, I stand corrected. It comes to mind now that was there some mobile game or something that would do the trick too?

There was a mobile game called Mass Effect:Infiltrator that gave some bonuses to Galactic Readiness, as well as a modest War Asset bonus if you completed the game. It consisted of a mini-campaign based around a Cerberus agent, and used the Mass Effect game mechanics - TPS view, cover, upgradeable weapons and powers with cooldowns, different armors, credits, etc. It's been pulled from the app stores for a while though and isn't compatible with newer mobile OS versions.
