Okay on a whim I bought Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition, and after installation I made a EA account for the game, and redeemed the Cerberus code. When I click on "New Content Available" I get taken to Bioware's Social Network site. And my login information is not accepted there? Did the close that site some how as well when the closed the official forums? I assume that what I quoted below is the New Content available? I am at a loss here at the moment, hat a very busy day today so my mind is not really working as it should right now.

The literal BSN has been closed for years. It transitioned to the BioWare Forum in 2013. I'm not surprised it's defunct. That being said, they did integrate the main Origin/EA accounts into it before it closed. So your credentials should work. Have you tried using the password reset link from it? Does it change your main EA account? If not, you could try their current version of ME tech support and see where it gets you: answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Mass-Effect-Games/ct-p/mass-effect-enGood luck!

Well I was able to log in, but what I saw was only called Genesis, and it requires Bioware points. ( Nice I have the game on steam not Origin. )
So it is not for all the extra that I should have gotten / still get some where ... some how?
** And while typing this post my son mentions that "Digital Art / Soundtrack and Documentary are in the bonus folder of Mass Effect 2. ( And that wiseguy could not have mentioned this before ... kids. ) But would this also mean that these items ...
would already be in game some where?

Come to think of it I vaguely remember getting an email about the Incisor ingame after you get your ship. After that, visit the armory and you can change your loadout to use it if you like. Not sure about the Collector rifle but it should be the same. I know I have it on a few squadmates despite not doing anything special to get it.

If you do have them, then there are some folders under "ME2InstallDirectory/BioGame/DLC/" (DLC_PRE_Collectors includes the collector stuff, not sure where the Incisor is located.) Anyway, the official ME2-DLC site should have way more available than just Genesis. Several of these DLCs are free now/unlocked via the free Cerberus NEtwork.

I looked at the DLC stuff on that page, but sadly they all require Bioware points. Why they never added an option for people who play ME2 ( And ME1 for those who have it. ) on steam is a bit beyond me. I mean I get it on one side, Origin and Steam are competitors, but for quit a few of the DLC there are options for Xbox and Playstation? Oh well, I do not like it, but I guess there is nothing I can do about it.

Okay, after I registered ME2 on the Social Network I was able to download the following free stuff for ME2 ... imgur.com/2JODiF3So when I started ME2 I got this message on the main menu ... imgur.com/Z7sWba1But if you look behind the warning you can see that I am logged in, yet I get that warning. I resumed the game and I got several in game messages to go to certain places in the universe. It seems that all except those 3 in the picture work in the Steam version of ME2. Did any one else ever encountered this, or do those three require a DLC?
