The reason I am asking is because I am playing Cousland and am planning on marrying Anora. I heard that if you marry her and hardened Leliana, Leliana becomes your mistress. Is this true?

Hardened Leliana is willing to stay on as a mistress, yes. The hardening conversation happens after her personal quest with Marjolaine. When she confesses that she's enjoyed the "hunting people down and killing them" part of your quest, tell her "you're not slipping, this is who you are" or "don't punish yourself for doing something you enjoy" and this results in a hardened Leliana. |

AFAIK Morrigan is never addressed as mistress in DAI even if you romanced her with a Prince-consort Cousland. She just acknowledges that they're together. Leliana is addressed as mistress to the Prince-consort/Queen in this scene: But even if you managed to bug out their romance in DAO, DAI will only acknowledge whichever romance you uploaded to the Keep. |

I enjoy the fact that a high approval Leliana still is lowkey interested in the Warden, even if not romanced.
If you're romancing Morrigan, she talks about how lucky the former is.
