ok, this thread is a little tongue-in-cheek, but here goes...

The holiday season is nearly upon us, and whilst I'm sure we'll see the odd dev tweet, my expectations for any meaningful MEA news over the next three weeks are low. Yes, people should be focusing on family and real lives (wherever possible) but I'm sure at points of holiday tedium folk will creep back to see what's going on, on BSN...

I've set a counter until January 9th. Why? Because whilst news could emerge immediately after New Year, it's probably not a great marketing week, so I've picked noon, Edmonton time on Monday 9th for something to emerge post-holidays

I'm gonna participate in this black out. It's agonizing signing on hoping for ME:A news and seeing nothing. Makes the wait for the game even worse.

Gonna play How The Saints Save Christmas -- SR4. And this time, I'm gonna lick my way all the way through that candy cane.

i really like pathfinder's setting but i REALLY don't like how focused on min/maxing the rules are. it's designed from the ground up by and for min/maxer's and autists. the rest of us normies have to play on crayon eater difficulty just to hit a target.

Oh, I'm sure I'll be fine--I got work, holiday stuff with the family, and when that gets boring, I got plenty of games to do. Still gotta finish my latest run of ME3, and after that I can finish the last two episodes of Batman: A Telltale Series, a few other games I can start/finish, or I could go back into one of the DA games, or Fallout 4. Not to mention other movies, books, and other creative, actually productive things.

As for when we'll start hearing news again--I think it will be a little sooner than the 9th. Maybe somewhere around the 3rd-5th--still pretty soon, but gives everyone enough time to get over their hangovers and back into the swing of things.

Frigging Christmas... You guys in Canada have more cold than Antarctica whereas here I'm cooking myself at 38º C.

Well, as for games I really got into Witcher 3 again, and I'm finally enjoying the ultra settings so will probably keep on that. May reinstall DA:I and give it a go again... although I don't have any of the DLCs.
