Character Creator & Character Customization (Official Thread)

No they just won't say your first name 

So they recorded two different lines for characters to either call you by name or surname only?

It's the first time that I'm playing a Bioware game from day one, and I'm growing awfully familiar with the default faces while watching those trailers. But let's see what are the options first. Maybe just doing some minor changings.

I'm having custom Ryder's with default names due to people calling you by the default name.

I always make my mass effect protagonists biracial or multiracial especially because it fits the lore, so i'm going to do the same for my ryders.

Male ryder will probably look something like this:

But I'll have to see what character creation is like first

I was really set on the name Brynn Ryder for my fem, but now I'm just kind of bored of the name. I'll keep looking I guess.

Scott obviously. To hear the other call my first name like people do in real life

I always pick male character for my first playthrough and default protagonist Scott is looking good enough so I'll go with him. I'll make another male profile to my preference.

When it comes to female character I'll probably be looking for short hairstyles. If I couldn't find any then I'll pass.

I'll also be messing around for the first few hours trying to create faces from the original trilogy. Let's hope the CC in this game is going to be good with variety of options like hairstyles of course (it better be ).

I was thinking I'd give my BroRyder a Charlie Hunnam-esque look. Hopefully, since we're apparently a civilian venture now, male characters aren't limited to a dozen varieties of buzz cut and crew cut. And beards. Gimme beards.



As for SisRyder...I dunno. I find I have way more trouble recreating someone else's appearance with female characters. I'll probably just tinker with it till I'm happy. :S

Still a bit bummed we can't fully customize dad Ryder, too. I wanted to make him as Liam Neeson as possible.

My Ryder siblings will look somewhat like Isabelle Fuhrman and (a young version of) Eric Balfour.
