So, for MRyder it's a supermodel Steven Brewis (I wish they used fem super model for default female protagonist for once) But now I wander who is that model they made new Asari after... I feel bad for saying it, but that's the first time a BW character is more attractive than their model. Male Ryder is a bit beige, but he's very cute in a safe sorta of way |

The developers should put their faces in the game like in NBA Hang Time. Hey in the original BG games, several of the NPC portraits were modeled by staff and their family and friends  |

Mark Vanderloo (male Shepard) didn't have the "male model" look to me, but Steven Brewess (Ryder) certainly does. It's the feminine jaw look. Maybe an appeal to female players to get them to play BroRyder like male players often played FemShep?
Normally I would stick with default, but in this case I'm going to try to make my character look as much like Shepard as possible.

I haven't seen who SisRyder face is based off of yet. I'm interested to see whom Cora and Liam are based off of.
I was watching the extras on Finding Dory with my son over break and one featured the voice actors. Evidently for the movie animating the dialog is one of the last things to be done. Pixar uses some of the voice actors mannerisms when animating faces to help add emotion. I wonder if the process video games are the same which explains why they are still optimizing the facial animations.
