Besides the Chakram Launcher you can also console in the Reaper Blackstar and the Cain missile launcher.However it's only one shot,then you have to add them again through the console.

There was another one IIRC. Shotgun iirc, weird looking. White and fluid looking. Never played with it myself. Can't for the life of me remember the name of it. Always reminded me of an aquatic race for some reason.

Here's a few simple steps:

Leave your home. This will be terrifying because the gameplay in Outdoors^TM is slow, tedious, and full of the dumbest NPCs you will ever encounter. It's best to stock up on water and survival gear before leaving. Pro Tip: Remember to lock your door behind you; failure to do so will increase the chances of encountering the "Burglary" mini-game, which is a pain in the ass.
Locate the nearest video game store. This may require a map. Please do not steal a car to speed up your journey or run over any NPCs as this will lead to the "Prison" mini-game which is long and boring.
Buy a copy of any Saints Row game (I would personally recommend either 2 or 4). You can do this by locating a box that says "Saints Row" on it and then taking it to the NPCs at the counter. Pro Tip 1: Make sure it's for the correct platform. Outdoors^TM introduced this retarded system of multiple gaming platforms with no universal game discs. Don't even get me started on this. Pro Tip 2: Do not attempt to steal the box (because it's empty and will lead to the "Prison" mini-game) and do not attempt to intimidate or barter with the NPCs (the former will also unlock "Prison" and the latter will get you thrown out with no opportunity to re-enter the Video Game Store map).
Return to your home in the same fashion that you left it. You still don't get to steal cars or run over NPCs (yeah, I know this is boring as fuck, but it's worth it).
Insert your copy of Saints Row into your computer/console of choice. The side with the pretty pictures should be facing either up or away from the plastic drawer (please note that this drawer is not a coffee cup holder.
Select multiplayer mode and run around Stillwater/Steelport fucking shit up with a giant purple dildo. If you chose Saints Row IV you may also be interested in using the Anal Rectifier weapon instead.
