It seems this time BioWare is going for a NVIDIA Partnership. In the TGA gameplay trailer we saw that Ryder's ponytail was moving, that means we will have " basic hair physics " on the console versions, considering that gameplay was definitely on PS4 Pro... I wonder, will the PC version also have the NVIDIA GameWorks, which includes the NVIDIA HairWorks? The Witcher 3 had basic hair physics on the console versions, but the NVIDIA HairWorks on PC allowed for amazing effects on the monsters and Geralt's beard looked absolutely glorious. Hm... of all Milky Way spiecies, I gather only humans have hair... so for other races from our galaxy this feature is kinda meaningless  But beings from Andromeda might consist of "Wookiees" and other sorts of furballs, so this might turn out interesting. Possibly yes coinsidering that fiend thing that attempted to eat Sara in that last trailer. My Sara will certainly give him something to chew on if he's not careful. Certainly should be a good beast for Drack to attempt to tame at any rate. |

I know it's kinda meaningless, but every single game where the producer has a partnership with NVIDIA end up having the NVIDIA GameWorks. Maybe it won't affect directly the hairs and beards, because BioWare knows it would take even more time to optimize it, but instead this effects of NVIDIA GameWorks could be used in explosions, weather effects and etc. As an example we have Warframe, the game itself looks gorgeous from something that was born from a independent idea and the NVIDIA GameWorks makes all the abilities effects, explosions, snow and etc much prettier, the effects feel more fluid and realistic. When thinking about Warframe, I believe that the NVIDIA GameWorks technology could be implemented on the Biotics and Tech abilities of ME:A to make them look even better. |

Personally, I won't buy anything Sony (except when I can help it) ever again. Yes, SOE (Sony Online Entertainment, and yes I realize that they have now been sold) burned me that bad. If I were to buy anything at all, I would give M$ more money than to give it to those people. Haaaah! I hold the same grudge. First year-ish of EQ was so good. Then a few years into it Sony started shoving it's dick into things and it all went down hill. Programs got trashed, buncha things just got scrapped for no reason. General quality went to shit. That's what started it, then I started noticing the horrible pricing on all electronics they put out. Like compare 2 laptops, smaller screen, less of a keyboard, half the ram, smaller HD, slower CPU... 300 more bucks? Noooopee. Sony it a nutshell right there. Plus there non-indie policy on rights was always poopy. Same controller since the original console that was made out of spite for Nintendo. ...That all said they're doing a hell of a better job now and days so that's nice to see. But old grudges live long and hide deep o.O |

Yeah, I'm sure the Tempest in space and going from ship to planet with no loading time will be highlighted as well. As much as we'd like there to be character focus, I think any new details with them will be in the background tonight, and highlighted in the coming days. Like, tweets sounding like "you saw and heard him in the Nvidia presentation, but here's the voice of Liam," that kind of thing. |

So just in case people forget: it should be noted that this is more than likely going to be a very tech-focused keynote. This is more about Nvidia showing off what they having coming, not for showing a bunch of games. Mass Effect is probably being show to show off new advancements in GameWorks, so it may be light on things people are wanting to see (it'll likely be lots of landscapes, characters walking through the environment and a bit of gameplay to show off effects and physics).
Just don't want people to get their hopes up and then be disappointed by what they get.
