I always use RoF for those guns. Yeah it's the best way to go, and seeing as you pull off sub 20 platinum solos with Hurricane/Tsol it would be kind of silly to state that accuracy is better
With RoF the Tsol will miss some bullets, but the increased rate of fire more than make up for it.

It's not the same thing no, but the passives on the Tsol makes sure guns like the Hurricane don't jump to much when fired. The ROF is a better option for him even if not all bullets hit the target though. Long time I didn't play any Tsol, but as far as I know the passive stability bonus is heavily bugged (ie you may or not have it during a game, I never found any consistency in that bug). I don't rely on it too much. The accuracy bonus is always working though. Tbh, I've never really experienced any real difference on or off-host with Turians, maybe it's bugged but I've never really seen evidence of it from first hand experience.
Anyways, if it's really bugged you won't have any problems if you host, from what I understood it's more related to if you join someone else host under specific conditions, but then again I've never been able to see any difference.

Yeah, Techno is your slightly-better-than-average PUG and therefore perfect benchmark for seeing which evo grants better results. Also, not so unimportant here is that gun is going to be used outside Glaciers basement camppoint™, and outside Whites Hallway which is where a majority of solo players will spend the most time killing stuff. Most other popular camping points (like Giant LZ one) can be difficult to handle with such evolution even if we take hard cover into consideration. I hope you do get a point, which is that player skilled, experienced, aggressive, and with such unique playstayle will take evos that suits her and her playstayle.
Over here we are having a discussion why take Accuracy over RoF, and not just that, but we are discussing it for two specific guns (BPP, Hurricane). Hurricane already offers amazing fire rate, it only needs somebody that can put all those bullets in one spot. Marksman will increase firerate by default (35% to be exact, assuming we go 4A and 6A). The biggest drawbacks of both guns is the kick and lack of accuracy (even more evident in the case of BPP). Turian soldiers solves both of them with additional improvement in firerate department.
Actually, before this drags more than it needs too.... I advise OP to take it for a spin with both evos and see which one you are more comfortable with. You will get some Accuracy and RoF bonus from Markman by default. RoF will require you to get really close to the enemies. You can keep some distance with accuracy evo without losing any DPS assuming you can aim. TSol is just a platform that can only improve a weapon either by completely negating it's drawbacks or by taking guns advantages and taking them one step up.
Edit: Ignore this. patrickbateman says RoF, and he knows, he soloed plat 300 times. He is willing to wipe away any further discussion on the topic with his huuuuuge epen.

I just checked on and off host and you're right. I still have the problem off-host (not always though) but not on-host. For the later, I cannot say this is systematic as I almost never host, which means I have to do lots of tests to make sure it never bug on host. And it is as noticeable as I remembered. Here is what I did: I compared on Firebase White, placed myself right behind the craft (near the player spawn point) and fire at the bottom of the closest crate. No gear of course, the same difficulty (gold, as I remember there is a speed difference between difficulties) and the exact same position in both tests. The time for the aim to reach the top of the crate (I of course don't correct my aim, I let it drift freely) from the bottom was around 2 sec off-host, and around 4 sec on-host. Those are not precise number of course, as I just count in my head, but the difference is very noticeable. That was why I was always using Stability III consumable with this build, as each game was a lottery. I hardly can imagine I am the only one having this problem. But this is going off-topic.

In my opinion I would also agree I wouldn't use @thetechnoturian as the benchmark to show "Yes the Fire rate is handsdown better than this Accuracy evo" not to say she's a bad player she's personally the best turian player I've seen and I do enjoy watching her fat turian solos as well her using other characters. After some testing I decided to go with accuracy, and yes I can indeed aim. So I will thank you all for your opinions they were insightful to hear

Can't be. You should be able to notice the difference easily, it is very substantial. Regarding turian passives, I'll quote SalMasRac from BSN prime here: TLDR: Don't be player 4 and leave games in progress if playing turian.

I guess I would try stuff and see. With the talon Idk that you need the extra accuracy. Piranha and raider definitely benefit from it. Reegar, PPR and CSR definitely burn through clip faster than it's worth to take ROF; of course not many people are taking either marksman kits with those weapons.

Interesting. I've never tried rank 4 accuracy Marksman. Going to track down some respec cards on X-Box and give this a quick try with the BPP, then Hurricane.

One of the main reasons why I chose accuracy over RoF, is because it will always benefit me no matter where I am on any point of any map, whereas with RoF doesn't offer as much freedom and I have to either get closer, abuse cover or preset the map to glacier.
I also did play a couple of games with Tsol with max ACC marksman, I didn't really feel like at any point feeling like "I wish had more rate of fire on my BPP or Hurricane", so for me I'm sticking with max accuracy for marksman.

The answer is always ROF. You get moar DPS, and meanwhile Accuracy is a pointless evo that ironically/amusingly makes some weapons less accurate (e.g. smart choke equipped shotguns). Even the Hurdurricane is a cross map capable laser beam with the ~45% bonus you already have from choosing the ROF evo, provided you're actually keeping the sights on the target.
As an aside, accuracy (I.e. random spread/ crosshair bloom) has nothing to do with stability (recoil) in this game, so you aren't making the glorious Quarksman easier to play by choosing it (or missing anything on the Turian by not). All you're doing is making the line of bullet holes from your shit tier, Minute of Brute level recoil control up the wall and into the sky ever so slightly less crooked.
Sorry, you'll just have to git gud and learn to pull down. Alternatively, you could try using a scrubility mod instead of a crutchlonic. You'd still be a pleb, but You'd be a higher class pleb than some scrub who plays turians, for instance.

Don't be player 4 and leave games in progress if playing turian. Or do it deliberately. Your teammates probably need to get better anyway.

I've already knew accuracy never improved stability. I'm not concerned about my status, so may as well be the dirty filthy scrub that I already am, no surprise there. Well shit apparently I'm not as good as you who can shoot probably from like crazy distances like from standing on top of the glitched hydra spot and shoot enemies from the left hand side of the LZ with max ROF while using the hurricane.

Yeah I could do that no problem and use the BPP or even Shuriken for extra difficulty (probably, these days I'm retired from every map except Thunderdome) but why would I need to glitch in order to win this EZ game? Heed my advice subject, the answer if you're gud is always to choose speed, power and deeps. Fitness is lol (except Drell, or melee for lols), accuracy and stability are lol (just pull down/ shove the muzzle in the baddie's mouth/flashlight with every gun). Cover is lol. Every armour consumable except Adrenaline mod is lol. If you wanna git gud and reach the summit of 1337 Mountain, you gotta evolve beyond your mechanical indolence, & break the shackles of your crutches like a volus Forest Gump. Otherwise, you'll forever be stuck in the pathetically limited, humiliating existence of either always getting carried in the backpack of your betters, or worse being forced to suffer through the constant, agonizing hell of 7+ minute long games.

Is this because of some arcane maths? It is counterintuitive. From what I remember, if you stack accuracy bonuses past 100%, you start proportionately gaining the same amount of bloom again (e.g. 120% accuracy and 80% accuracy are the same). Because a fully leveled smart choke is 50%, in MMs case it's better to only add 45% from ROF specs than to add 60% or whatever from Accuracy specs because 95% is closer to 100% than 110%. Of course I could be wrong because apart from being retired I can't be bothered to change my builds or test this garbage anyway. My Quarksman points ROF spec Raider at Mr Goon's face from across the map and it 'splodes. Science.

I know this is off topic but I can't help but imagine this as like a scene with a more savage version of Conor McGregor as a black guy (patrickbateman) who is like 7' 5" with a 6 pack slams his shot glass of jack daniels because he is pissed off at a skinny white guy (Ernie) and looks down on him and screams "OK CHAMP SHOW ME HOW GOOD ACCURACY IS!" It's just a game, nothing to be taken to seriously. Showoff!

...and meanwhile Accuracy is a pointless evo that ironically/amusingly makes some weapons less accurate (e.g. smart choke equipped shotguns). This is interesting. Is this because of some arcane maths? It is counterintuitive. If you equip the smart choke you accuracy gets over 100% and the excess percentage is translated as an increased spread, instead of capping at 100%. Or so I read somewhere. Others can explain it better. Edit1: nvm, already answered. Edit2: on the main topic, I always go with RoF as well. You only need to get a bit closer but you do a lot more damage. Particularly useful on platinum, and to make shitty guns viable.
