Need help with texture mod, nobody is helping me and this is

ALOT does not come with the EDI mod you posted in that picture. Ottemis didn't allow CreeperLava and co to use his texture mods for ALOT so they aren't in there.

To install Ottemis's EDI skin, download either the base version or the "base with restored overlay". You get a zip with a .MOD file and a .TPF file. TPF is the texture and MOD contains the mesh changes. Load the .MOD using the Mod Manager in ME3Explorer. Drag&Drop the file into the window or click "Load" to find it in a brower window and once it is in the Mod Manager click "Run all jobs". The mod has now been installed. Then to install the texture, go into TPF/DDS tools and drag/load the TPF file that came with the mod. Once that is loaded click "Analyse with Texplorer" and after that is done select "Install Valid".

Note that to use TPF/DDS tools you MUST have a Mass Effect 3 texture tree scanned with Texplorer first and it has to be unmodded files, all of it. If you have modded textures scanned into the tree, the TPF/DDS tool will fail to find a match for the texture mods with the game files they need to replace and it will say "NOT FOUND IN TREE" next to the texture files on the list in the DDS tool after analysing.

If you have the "NOT FOUND IN TREE" problem, text me. I have a complete vanilla tree with all DLC in my dropbox if you don't want to uninstall the entire game and reinstall (called "vanillifying"), and if you use EGM or other mods I also have a tree with vanilla+EGM and more mods laying around.

But the short version is, you need to go to Mass Effect 3's Nexusmods site and find the EDI skin by Ottemis and get that first.
