And some great tits (sadly they are not animated): ... or is this not an avian appreciation thread? Because I think it should be. We need more birds in Mass Effect. Because immersion. When I was a child, I used to feed tits like that

If there's an option to change boobs size for our characters, then there's gonna be a lot of people who will start the new game several times just to get the boobs size right. But anyway - I don't really care about breast size. That's at the bottom of my priorities. But I understand that some gamers were disappointed when they didn't get an option to have Isabela-like-cleavage. The situation is improving, but the forum still lacks a butt topic, not mentioned other important parts of the body. True. We haven't discussed penises or vaginas yet... or have we?

lol mods.
Not as in us, the mods (although a fair number of us are here, chuckling) but mods for the game, as in you know someone will come along and "correct" this, eventually.
Well, at least for PC (master race).
So... nothing to see here I think.

Im personally happier with small boobs Although like Threads like this should come with a poll where people can estimate how long it will last before being closed would be a useful added feature

Don't know if that is sarcasm, but I did it because this is either: A: A troll/joke thread that is made because "lols", and that means that I can joke back. or B: A serious thread, which means that the person is having some weird fetish about digital boobs, which means that I will treat it as option A.

Think like this: the boobs are not necessarily small! You know sports bra? Yeah, they're great to hold the stuff when you're running or doing strenuous exercise, because they hold them in place. But they also flatten the chest a little, can also be a bit tight if you're not used to them.
So they just made a realistic design choice, cool huh? The boobs might be under the equip, don't worry.

After a Thread dedicated to women's faces I am so glad we change completely the focus of our debates. Now, we are focusing on women's chest! IMPROVEMENT! HOORAY!!! Well, with tits the same as other physical features: the more variety we have, the better. Different body types in a game gives us more immersion (i.e. ME1 it was amazing how well built were all Human men in the galaxy). In specific case of Sara and Peebee's chest... well, Sara is in an armor and Peebee is wearing a jacket. I just hope Vetra don't have a tits, I mean... she is TURIAN And this is all my opinion about boobs. I agree. As with most things in life, variety is good, and realistic. It's pretty unimmersive to have everyone look identical in Bioware games, so the sooner that stops, the better. One of the nice details about Bethesda games is that they make use of their body sliders so that characters actually look unique and different. You know, I actually liked that Shepard looked fairly average... until ME3 modeled her up for no reason other than sex-appeal And yeah, Vetra should not have boobs. Come on, now. The situation is improving, but the forum still lacks a butt topic, not mentioned other important parts of the body. Eventually, we'll make an entire forum-person with all the different body-part threads! And it will become sentient and take over BSN and the world! Or something Hmm, something against smaller boobs? Wording makes it sound like that ^^; Yes It's quite clear from the OP: "Now this trash of flat chested women." I don't know if we've living on different planets or something, but Bioware has never had many flat-chested women, and ME:A doesn't look like it's changed that. My illustrious contribution To be perfectly honest, it bugs me just a little that game devs tend to spend more time on those physics than hair physics... What do you expect from Bioware? Women with small tits or men who thinks they are woman are going to be SO jealous of characters with big boobs, and since they made a pact with the devil (the feminists) to eradicate all cis white straight males well... You just be happy that you are able to play a male character. (Curious how all male characters are fit and Liam seems to be very handsome, but they probably didn't show Cora face yet because she is ugly like Sera) Should I be a pussy? of course... hate me because of what I have between my legs, misandry. Not sure if obfuscating stupidity, or demonstrating stupidity. Eh, probably a bit of both. LOL at that troll saying that Liam is very handsome but Cora must be ugly because she's in a helmet when we haven't seen a single thing of Liam outside of a helmet and a totally blurry distant shot where you can't make out a single feature. The troll mind sees what the troll mind wants to see. Yeah, it's pretty funny, not to mention I bet Cora will be conventionally attractive based on her barebones icon and probable status as a romance option for Scott. While Cora appearence is... UGH, Leliana's hair in 22 century?. Okay, now I know you're definitely trolling, but... The bob is actually a relatively new hairstyle, historically speaking, originating in the early 20th century. So using the flawed logic that hairstyles would disappear in the same order they were invented, the future should only have people with short hair, since long hair was the original hairstyle for everyone I'm not sure why you're surprised about it anyway; ME has had characters with bobs since the first game, so this is nothing new. Though I suppose Cora is the first squadmate to sport one. And there are a lot of different kinds of bobs, not just Leliana's. I don't know why I sometimes bother to respond seriously to these posts... Also, SofaJockey , you temporarily locked the thread earlier right as I responded... had to retype all of this

I dunno, I kind of prefer the erm... aesthetic they are going for? Just glad they don't have big-dumb bewbz hammered into Ryder or companies chest plate. And no "abs" hammered into male Ryders armor either. I really like the spacesuit design they are going for. Very functional.

Mass Effect 1 says hello: Playing it now. Seeing ME:1 females compared to ME:2-3 characters is.. interesting I guess. Now Bioware is moving back to ME:1 style (minus the bewb armor).

Okay I mostly kid around with these threads. But I dont get the people who want more realistic looking characters. I spend all day in real life, when I play a video game I want to escape from real life. So I want to be able to hit on women that are smoking hot and all I have to do to get into their e-panties is choose the right dialog option. Ive seen people before on the old BSN criticize player who played human character in the dragon age series for that exact reason. But when it comes to what the romancable characters they want them to be normal looking. I can go to a bar and fuck this all day: So why do I want that in my video games when they can look like this?

Good design of the characters includes different boob sizes in my opinion, I like diversity in the design. Small or big boobs don't automatically mean the character is attractive or not, realistic or not (though different sizes add realism) etc. Just make boobs appear like they fit to character and don't fight with the overall design and I'm good.
EDIT: This is probably way too serious post for thread like this, but I guess the "boob" could be replaced with body type or anything like that.

Science Reveals Men's Ideal Female Breast Size Bübs are cool and do deserve attention in many ways. Hopefully they all would get that attention needed more or less privately I'd like to think that people in general are not looking for a blow up Barbara body and looks because they want characters to be more reliable. Even romance wise. It's exactly that, it's still a romance not a animated sex movie. "Let's bang" scenes are pretty tame and boring in the games because the priorities are on other things. Two seconds of bübs no matter the size in cutscene is probably not something that gets people moist. Majority probably don't wish to play or even bang too unrealistic characters because they rather want content and credible battle looks? Besides for example ME women while not maybe having "huge" boobies have unnaturally big ones for their quite unrealistically slim bodies. Still within taste I think, even people like me that calculate and pick up details in everything can still believe they would actually fight and live

[more boobs] Oh my, there's so much about that post that makes my head hurt. - It'll be a blend of different characters, most of whom we haven't seen yet.
- It's supposed to be a sci-fi/fantasy RPG with combat and romance elements, not a banging simulator.
And in terms of 'realism' (if that even applies here, I suspect the term 'internal consistency' is a better one) games work to different styles, eg Overwatch, Final Fantasy.
As Tomb Raider became more 'realistic' a balloon-boobed protagonist no longer worked. In Mass Effect under Frostbite, realistic but 'fit' body shapes suit the artistic style.

I actually remember distinctly noticing that the female characters in ME 1 weren't big-boobed sexpots during the elevator loading screens. I was rotating the camera and noticed that both FemShep and Ashley were pretty realistically built and clothed. And it was kind of cool to see. Then Miranda and Samara showed up and the design aesthetic totally changed. Although, to be fair, Jack proudly flaunting her very modest chest was also pretty cool and told a bit about her character.
And, to be honest, Miranda made sense. She was genetically designed to be "perfect", which would include traditionally accepted beauty norms (although I maintain that her face was not pretty despite being based on a gorgeous face model). And it also makes sense for her dress in a way that would flaunt her assets (the perma-wedgie was a bit much, but otherwise totally understandable given her character).
Samara, on the other, was pretty ridiculous. And I say this as someone who finds her to be my favorite ME2 squaddie. But she's supposed to be this mature, focused, straight-up lawful neutral, space samurai type of character and then she trots around in super high heels and her top cut down to her midriff. It was totally out of character for her based on everything else that we knew.
And don't even get me started on EDI and ME3 Ashley. It was like a bunch of 13 year old boys were hired to do character design......

My read on Jack is that she was putting the tats (rather than her breasts) on display. I admit, some of that seemed a bit odd to me since some of them were so deeply personal to her - but I guess with the whole "bad-girl", rebellious thing she had going on, it worked pretty well. Form-fitting catsuit - okay, but even then Miranda seemed a bit resentful about the whole perfection thing. The deep wedgie and cameltoe really put me off, though it's fair to say that the camera angles during certain scenes were a large part of it. It is the first time I've ever purchased an appearance pack, so I could get her in something more tasteful. Thankfully, she'd wear that appearance pack outfit all the time instead of only on missions, so it was well worth it. I always figured the boobcup armor was the reason why ME3 Ashley's marksman ability didn't work. It's impossible to aim and fire a rifle with a pair of coffee cans glued to your chest.

Oh yeah, for sure. Jack was really flaunting the tats. But she also just had suspender straps covering her A-cup boobs and that was pretty cool. Jack didn't give a shit about traditional standards of beauty. And I think that's what made Miranda a pretty compelling character. She utilized her "perfection" as a strategy and on the surface it seemed like she was bought into it. But scratch the surface just a tiny-bit and all of her uncertainty and doubts flooded out. Including her looks. She wasn't my favorite character, but I think she was much more than just the beautiful ice-queen trope.
