What did you do today in ME?

Brandi Shepard:
1. Talked to the Illusive Man, who told her to go to Horizon since it just went silent.

2. Went to Horizon, found Collectors, and proceeding to kick the Collectors asses of Horizon. (I can actually assault as the Assault Sentinel now, so it was a lot of fun.)

3. Went to Omega, Citadel, and Illium for some shopping. While on Illium, helped out Liara, Gianna Parsini, Conrad Verner, and Shiala.

4. Fixed a planet's anomalous weather by shutting down a Geth device (and also Geth). Researched the Hard Shields upgrade.

5. Destroyed a Blood Pack weapon facility. Researched the M-920 Cain.

6. Went to research facility inside a volcano, accidentally triggered the volcano, escaped the volcano.

7. Went to a Prothean dig site, recovered a Prothean Sphere, researched the Biotic Cooldown upgrade.


Some bad news: the speaker I use on my laptop (which I use for recording videos) has apparently died. I need to get a new one. It is hard to tell if a video was rendered correctly without sound.

Driving a burning Mako. Heavy Risk, but the Prize.

Brandi Shepard, from a few days ago:
1. Went to Haestrom, shot a bunch of toasters, and recruited Tali.

2. Went to Tuchanka for the sun and radiation. Shot some pyjacks, then talked to new leader Wrex about Grunt. Wrex told Brandi that Grunt was becoming an adult and needed to take the Rite of Passage, and directed her to talk to the Shaman. Some idiot named Uvenk objected to Grunt taking the rite, so Brandi headbutted him. Truth be told, she may have headbutted him anyway.

3. Took the Rite of Passage with Grunt. Took out rampaging varren, fire-breathing klixen, and a small Thresher Maw. Then Uvenk showed up, so Brandi and Grunt decided to take him out too.

4. Went to Weyrloc territory with Mordin to go find a former colleague named Maelon. Killed a bunch of clan Weyrloc, Vorcha, varren, and Weyrloc Gould. Found Maelon trying to cure the genophage. Mordin killed Maelon, then kept the data just in case.

Kickstarting my ME2/ME3 run where Shiala was my retroactive squadmate in ME1 - she works well with it because she has the cipher and is a brilliant fighter. When it comes to the Shadow Broker, that's Kasumi. Not entirely sure how it works. Might RP that she's a squadmate going after the Shadow Broker with Shepard and ends up assuming the role. Works well with someone who likes to work from the shadows. Since there's no Liara present - she's off studying Prothean ruins with Sara Ryder. Conflict with Shadow Broker is because they're pissed that Shepard never turned over info on Cerberus. No reason why TIM couldn't have sent his own people to retrieve Shepard's body. Actually, makes more sense and also explains why the Alliance doesn't know what's going on. This is my general outline but let's see what actually comes out as I play.

Brandi Shepard:
1. Went to Illium to help Miranda. Apparently the Blue Suns were getting involved in the transfer of Miranda's sister, so Brandi got involved in their business. A lot of Blue Suns mercs died that day. Turns out Miranda's friend Niket had betrayed her trust and was selling out her sister to Miranda's father. Miranda shot Niket, then Brandi shot every other merc still alive.

2. Still on Illium, Brandi decided to recruit Justicar Samara. Blue Suns mers were also involved. Samara was looking for someone and that someone had taken a ship belonging to the Blue Suns. Samara wanted the name of the ship but the Blue Suns were not willing to give it up without a fight. Illium police did not like Samara fighting, so Brandi fought instead and got the name of the ship for Samara. Also, Brandi solved a murder, helped arrest a smuggler, and stopped a Volus high on drugs from doing something stupid.

3. Brandi went to go meet Liara at her apartment, only to find someone had tried to assassinate her. Spectre Tela Vasir was present at the scene looking for clues, so Brandi helped her and found a data disc. Liara had found information on the Shadow Broker, and was meeting a contact at Baria Frontiers in the Dracon Trade Center.

4. A bomb exploded in Baria Frontiers. Brandi went to check it out, and met resistance from the Shadow Brokers's merc squad. The mercs then met Brandi's shotgun; the meeting went as you would expect (more dead mercs). Liara's contact was dead, but Liara had survived and revealed that Tela Vasir was the one who had tried to kill her. Brandi tackled Vasir through a window. Vasir hit Shepard with a lucky punch, then ran away.

5. Brandi chased Vasir on foot, then in a skycar. Brandi forced Vasir to crash. Vasir limped away, while Brandi dealt with more Shadow Broker mercs, before finally cornering Vasir. Vasir took a hostage. Brandi shot the hostage. Vasir fough Brandi before Brandi finally killed her and took the data. The data pinpointed the Shadow's Broker location.

6. The Shadow Broker was on a ship that constantly flew in a storm to avoid sensors. Brandi and Liara landed on the ship and began to look for a hatch. Mercs tried to stop them, but died trying. Brandi found the hatch. More mercs tried to stop them, and they also died trying. More mercs in the ship tried to stop them, and they also died. Then the Shadow Broker himself tried to stop them, and he only marginally put up a better fight than his mercs. Liara became the new Shadow Broker.

Game crashed so I didn't get much in before it happened.

Memories of Alchera of someone missed. I had to make a choice.


I went down with this baby. Yet somehow I survived.


Will always remember it and the brave men and women I lost.


Finally got to Omega. Apparently I have to recruit some mercenary. A lot of people gave their lives to push back at people like him during the Skylian Blizt. First sign of betrayal and he's out the airlock. As for the batarian, well, they were also there during the Blitz. No skin off my ass if Zaeed beats the shit out of one.

So far today, recruited Mordin and Zaeed, and caught Joker watching porn.

Brandi Shepard:
1. Went to the Flotilla to help Tali with the treason charges against her. They wanted Brandi to play lawyer. Big mistake. Then they wanted her to go wipe out some Geth that were on a lab ship, while also looking for Tali's father who was there. They killed the Geth, found Tali's dad -- he was dead -- then recovered evidence showing that exonerated Tali but incriminated her father. Tali wanted Brandi to let her be exiled instead of releasing the evidence. Brandi instead released the evidence at the trial. Tali was found innocent, her father guilty, and Tali refuses to speak to Brandi Shepard.

2. Went to go find the assassin Thane. She only found a lot of Eclipse mercs, which she promptly killed. Then Thane (literally) dropped in and killed Nassana Dantius. His contract complete, he agreed to join Brandi Shepard's team.
