ME1 LE Finished up my campaign in the first game. So I was using the "Legendary" leveling. I hit level 29 after talking to Vigil, and then right after convincing Saren to shoot himself I had 499139 XP (862100 for next level). I did not do any of the XP exploits*, but I thought I had done every side quest and found every mineral, data disk, medallion, writings, etc. UI seemed to indicate I was still getting XP after the collections were complete (although wasn't getting paid). The wiki claims you can "reach level 60 in a single playthrough." Is that accurate? Or is it that you can get to 60 in "normal" leveling, but not 30 in Legendary? I guess I can go through the list and see what all XP I might have missed. I know I lost a few XP intimidating Helena Blake and not shooting everyone on Major Kyle.
* I did do Lorik Quin glitch for morality points, so I was able to play Besieged Base and Negotiation. So strictly speaking not an XP exploit, but got a little extra from that.

Mass Effect 2: Legendary Edition
Did Jacob's, Jack's, Samara, and Thane's Loyalty missions. For Jacob we decided to leave his dad on the planet. For Jack, Shepard convinced her not to kill the guy who had been experimented on as a kid, and blew up the facility. For Samara, killed Morinth. For Thane, stopped Kolyat from killing the Turian politician.

Mass Effect 2:Legendary Edition
Only played a little bit tonight. Finished the Project Overlord dlc, the last Cerberus based dlc before going after the IFF. Anyway what Cerberus and Gavin did to Davide was horrible. Shepard smacked Gavin with his gun and took David.

Did Thane and Garrus's loyalty missions back to back. I always enjoy Sins of the father cuz there's some great renegade interrupts/moments.. Really gives me a chance to unleash Shepard's inner A**hole.. But I actually went the paragon route with Garrus's LM and saved Sidonis. It was a little jarring seeing Shepard go from a high functioning sociopath one mission who beats mouse, Khelam and kills Joram Tahlid, to a caring and emphatic friend the next mission who goes to great lengths to save Sidonis.. I thought about reloading after I saved him and going the renegade route, just to stay consistent with what shepard was like in the previous mission, but I decided against it and stuck to mah guns.. I can justify it to myself. Shepards a man of many hats. He can be anything from a brutal Thug, to a tactful peacekeeper, depending on the situation and who he's around. It gives Shepard a bit of complexity if you don't rigidly stick to one morality but switch it up..

"I ask a question, you answer the question, you speak when you're spoken to." 🤣 Great scene. I always have trouble deciding whether to go that route or the "shortest interrogation ever" route. Testament to how good the writing and dialogue is when there's so many epic lines in one scene.

Mass Effect 2: Legendary Edition
Recovered the Reaper IFF. That mission in my opinion is the toughest in the game, and if you're not careful the Husks can quickly swarm you. Recruited Legion and decided to activate him/them. Did his Loyalty mission and did a rewrite of the heretics.

Mass Effect 2: Legendary Edition
Completed the 'Lair of the Shadowbroker' dlc. Though I feel I should have done Hackett's mission first. Oh well it's too late. All I have left is the Hackett dlc. Then I will move onto Mass Effect 3: Legendary Edition. Which will have a few mods like the alternate ending mod and the Citadel dlc after destroying the Reapers. After that Mass Effect: Andromeda.

Mass Effect 2 Legendary I'm cheating at this post a little and not limiting it to this one day. Imported my ME1LE character and started the game this past weekend. Anyway, I was a little surprised that the game acted as if I had beaten it already with some Bonus Powers unlocked and extra starting credits and such. Continued on as Soldier, took AP Ammo. Went through the Prologue and Freedom's Progress. Was relived when I saw that the hack and bypass minigames were still around. Otherwise I would have rage quite and uninstalled. But seriously, what really struck me was how long it had been since I played ME2 and how rusty I am, heh. Anyway. back in the day I never bought any of the weapon DLC. So when I saw the Mattock in Ken's store I decided it was time for me to experience it first hand. Went through Professor up until a bit after the Clinic where I ran into an old bug where dragging a power in the HUD in combat crashes the game. That brings back memories. So tonight I finished up Professor and then recruited Archangel. Managed to crash the game again doing the same thing as before, when I was trying to put Mordin's Incineration Blast on a quick slot going over the bridge. During the Eclipse portion I grabbed the Vindicator, so no Mattock for me for most of this mission. One thing I managed to do that I am not sure if I had done before was run up the stairs before Garm got a chance to do so, and then I was able to take him out before he got much past the stairs. That really only worked because of Hardened ARush. I used to commonly buy the storm bonus leg armor before this point, but I didn't do that this time. Wish I did because it makes a couple things smoother. Will probably pick it up. With the import bonuses it seemed like I started the game pretty rich, so it wasn't as if I was hurting for money.

Finished up:
Was a Renegon run, romancing Ash in Me1, Jack and Miranda in 2, then Traynor, Jack and Miranda in 3 (via mods and save game fun). The citadel dlc was a lot of fun like that.
Wrex didn't make it off the beach, Jacob volunteered for the ducts but everything else was fairly standard. Happy ending mod ending though, as i aint got no time for the original now.

Mass Effect 2: Legendary Edition
Finished the final dlc which involved rescuing Hackett's friend. Ended up instead blowing up a star system. Hackett told Shepard that after he was done with his mission, Shepard needed to return to earth and face the music. Finished the final side quest involving getting intel on Aria for Ish. Told him it was not a good idea.
Mass Effect 3: Legendary Edition
Spent six months grounded after facing trial for the mass deaths in the Batarian system. Reapers have easily got through Earth's defenses and have invaded. Ran into Ashley. I am using the Ashley Consistency Mod which puts her hair in bun when in armor and loose when in casual clothing. Went to Mars to find Liara and find out what she knows about a possible Prothean weapon. Base was infiltrated by Cerberus spoke to The Illusive Man. Ashley got her head almost crushed. Went to the Citadel spoke to Bailey and then went to check on Ash. Later went to see Udina and the Council. The Council was useless as normal but it was understandable. Earth is not the only planet in the galaxy. Spoke to Udina afterwards. In Mass Effect 3 I found Udina to be sort of likable. I know he sells out to Cerberus but he's less of a dick when spoken to privately.

Mass Effect 3: Legendary Edition
Went back to the planet where my Mass Effect journey first began. Eden Prime. Hackett had gotten word that Cerberus was on the planet looking for a Prothean artifact. The artifact turned out to be a living Prothean. Not a Collector, but the real deal. He was not what Liara was expecting. She wanted to speak to a fellow scientist from the Prothean's golden age. Instead she got a soldier who was born during the twilight years of the Prothean Empire. Suffice to say he was not too pleased when he saw Shepard, Liara, and James. Shepard brought him on board and along with Liara questioned him. His name is Javik he is a soldier in the final days of the Prothean Empire. Next stop Palaven and rescue the Primarch.
Edit: Forgot to mention I am using the Dreams Remade mod, and Shepard got his first dream when he boarded the Normandy after the Citadel, and so far I really enjoy it.

ME2 LE
The other night I checked on Garrus, scanned the Omega nebula and visited SR1's crash site, and then returned to Omega and bought Stimulator Conduits and Heavy Weapon Ammo. Then swung by the Citadel. Got to see how everything changed, reclaimed Spectre status, and made a lot of endorsement deals. Bought SR, Pistol, and SMG damage; Aegis vest, Off Hand Ammo Pack armor mods; and then the Incisor. Then I bought Damage Protection and Medigel Capacity and had spent nearly all of the fortune I mentioned in the previous post.
Back on Normandy I researched AP SR, the Trauma Module, and SMG Shield Piercing. Talked to crew and called it a night.
Tonight I flew out to Hock's party and stole back the grey box with Kasumi. Hock was killed after he got into a Gunship, but was too drunk to fly it straight. Oh well, boring party anyway.
Then it was off to Korlus to recuit the Warlord. Got to test out the Incisor on Garrus, and Miri rounded out the squad. For some reason I expected Garrus to just mow down scores of Blue Suns with the Incisor, but really it didn't seem dramatically different than the Mantis. Maybe after I get more upgrades.
Ran into the HUD Crash bug again when I tried to click Garrus's Overload and accidentally dragged it. Also ran into something I didn't remember from ME2 OG. It seems if I ordered a squadmate to take cover too close to me, Shep would bounce out of cover.
Anyway, mission was toughest yet in a couple sections. But not in the final fight. I killed Jedore pretty fast so the Krogan stopped activating, but the YMIR seemed to get confused on the far side of the room after that and wasn't trying to move any longer or shoot. It would look at me but I could just shoot it around a tank.
EDI called me but I wasn't really listening, so went back to check on Okeer. He was dead and so we just left with his "legacy."
Next I traveled around the sector trying to scan for platinum in order to get Sniper Headshot damage researched. Found a distress beacon on Neith and investigated it. Turns out the ship was hauling killbots and they had malfunctioned and caused the ship to crash. After fighting wave after wave of killbots in a sandstorm, we managed to make it to the shuttle and escape.
Back on Normandy, EDI reminded me about the Krogancicle in the cargo bay, so I went down to check it out and hit the "wake up" button. The Krogan popped out and said something like "My name's Grunt, and I like fightin'" (maybe not verbatim) and then I welcomed him to the crew.

Played some ME2 tonight with my Infiltrator. Reverted to an old save and restarted LoTSB. I think I've found what's likely close to my ideal way to play Infiltrator. With my current playstyle, Neural Shock fits nicely.
I encountered three pretty funny glitches:
1. I had a merc literally turn invincible after I used Neural Shock on him while he was at minuscule health (when enemies have no health bar visible but still need another shot to finish them off.) After he got up, I shot at him, used Heavy Incinerate on him, had Liara set up a Singularity on him and had Thane Warp it. Nothing. Didn't survive that segment for too long, so don't know what would've happened if the mission continued, unfortunately.
2. Sometime after that, my Shepard froze in some contorted position in mid-air after getting up from cover, almost as if Liara used Stasis on them. This never stopped and Shep ended up dead.
3. During the fight with Vasir, she fell out of Stasis and was unresponsive indefinitely. She even called out that she was going to leave the battlefield but stayed lying on the map until the game just blipped her out of existence.

Mass Effect 3: Legendary Edition
Did some N7 missions involving recovering Reaper artifacts. Went to Palaven, the Primarch was dead and a new one was selected. After intense fighting we brought the Primarch onto the Normandy. He said the only way the Turian's would help Earth, is if the Krogan's join the war. Went to the Citadel spoke to Thane, and visited Ashley. Did a side mission with a Salarian Spectre and Kasumi involving an indoctrinated Hanar diplomat. Since I'm using the Project Variety mod I had to go to the Hanar embassy. Convinced the new leader of the Blood Pack to join Aria. Spent the time exploring. Ran iinto Kelly. She was still traumatized from the abductions by the Collectors. Asked her to rejoin the crew she said no. Advised her to change her identification and look in case Cerberus comes after her. Found out what happened to Rupert Gardner. Don't remember if this was part of the vanilla game or added by a mod. Reunited Liara with her "dad." Went to Grissom Academy ran into Jack who is now an instructor. Rescued her and the kids along with Kahlee Sanders and old friend of Admiral Anderson.

ME2 LE
One thing I forgot to mention yesterday regarding Stealing Memory. For the most part in that mission I like to level Kasumi to Rapid Shadow Strike which both helps her survive and entertains me when we tag team enemies. But the downside of doing this is that it takes longer to get her to Improved Flashbang with no retrain available.
...
Did some more scanning to boost minerals. The cosmetic surgery upgrade was expensive, but I think the pec implants will pay dividends when it is time to fight the Collectors.
Jumped to the Osun system and docked with Purgatory. Learned about their extortion scheme. Got some positive karma for convincing the guards to stop beating a convict. Was feeling good until the Warden said we were more valuable as prisoners than customers. Downside of the pec implants, turns out the Warden could get major cash for me from a male strip club on Omega.
But some random prison guards were no match for a well trained Alliance-Cerberus-CSec/Vigilante squad. Released Jack, and all biotic hell broke loose.
Lost karma killing nearly everyone on the ship. Was impressed by the Warden's trigger discipline and accuracy with the Revenant against some prisoners. But he got what was coming to him, at hypervelocity. The mission played a lot like I remembered and wasn't so bad.
Met up with Jack, who was not impressed with us. There was some tension between Jack and Miri for some reason, who Jack thinks is a cheerleader. I am pretty sure Miranda was actually in the band and not a cheerleader. But I digress.
Talked to the crew some more, researched a lot of junk. Realized I wouldn't be able to do Firewalker before Horizon. Ah well.
The Illusive ManTM called and forced the trip to Horizon. Fortunately Mordin had finished working on the reinforced codpiece countermeasure to the seeker swarms.
...
Dropped on Horizon after hallucinating a dream of Ash talking to a colonial VIP named Lilith. Mordin assured me the countermeasure worked "in theory." Garrus not impressed.
On a serious note here, I was at level 13 with 4 or 5 points. Build looked like this:
Hardened Adrenaline Rush 4 Concussive Shot 1 Disruptor Ammo 2 Incendiary Ammo 1 Combat Mastery 3 AP Ammo 1
I had trouble deciding whether I would go for Cryo Ammo 1 or just max passive to Commando or Shock Trooper. I ended up deciding to do passive this time, and to Shock Trooper. This is somewhat contrary to what my own advice might be here, and I somewhat regretted it at the end.
But anyway, the mission wasn't so bad where the Mattock smooths over a lot wrinkles anyway. Met a cowardly mechanic. For some reason he had the the good idea to bash Collectors in the head with his wrench, but then refused to do it. Can't believe the Alliance was helping these yokels.
Now the final fight seemed different in a few ways. First being the spawns seemed a little different, and the second was that the Scion shockwave seemed wider. That could be down to imperfect memory, and also just being too rusty at dodging the blasts. But in any case it was pretty rough. Although the health bonus from passive 4 is nice, Cryo Ammo 1 should have allowed me to kill husks faster (two Carnifex shots IIRC). I also couldn't tell if the Praetorians smash AOE attack was improved a bit. Ah well, I had enough of this colony.
Ash showed up and set the mechanic straight when he was complaining about my effectiveness. Must have lost some mojo because only statement I could muster was "It's been too long..." That seemed to piss her off. Plus she probably assumed Miranda was the most recent table dancing tart to try and hop atop the Sheptrain. She called me a traitor, at which point I had more than enough of this colony.
At least The Illusive ManTM was supportive. Said I didn't need to worry about Ash because I would probably be killed attacking the Collector "homeworld." Thanks space dad. Plus he is wrong. Don't see how I could get killed, planned to just attach some fusion torches to an asteroid and remote it in. Easy peasy.

Did some misc quests like finding the Pillars of Strength for the Batarian priest. Recovered to biotic upgrades one from Grissom Academy for an Asari doctor, and the other from a planet for an Salarian doctor. Completed the Priority: Sur'kesh mission. Had a happy reunion with Wrex, Garrus, and Liara. All we needed was Ash, Kaidan, and Tali and the old team would have been together. Anyway also reunited with my favorite character Mordin and saved Eve from the attack by Cerberus.

Mass Effect 3: Legendary Edition
Feeling a bit of a burnout I did some N7 missions, and was happy to be reunited with my baby boy, Grunt. Awwww, you should see how adorable he looks killing Rachni. I was able to save Aralakh Company for Wrex and let the queen go again. I have to do two 3 side missions involving Tuchanka then it's Priority Mission. I forgot after the Priority mission is that the halfway point where there is a coup at the Citadel?

Yes, after finishing Tuchanka you will get a call from the salarian councillor to meet at the Citadel. Thanks for the answer. Have to make sure I wrap up some things on the Citadel before Prriority Tuchanka, because after the Coup some npc's disappear from the game.

ME2 LE
I didn't update the other night, but basically went to Illium to see what all the fuss was about. Ran into a lot of beautiful people, even if some turned green. Also ran into Conrad Verner. Conrad's plight and description of what he does to be like Shepard made me reflect about in game life choices...
Liara was threatening to flay people with her mind. Laughed out loud and told the guy she'd probably get stuck in some force field trap and need rescuing. Had nothing better to do so helped her figure out her assistant was a spy. Wondered if the statement that she was a good information broker was sarcasm.
...
For some reason I decided to do Firewalker next, which may have been a stupid idea. Well in part because I wasn't thinking about the five mission timer. Er, I mean DCC is always soooo easy I just wanted it to be more annoying. Hammerhead felt pretty weird to pilot. Maybe it was too much Ryncol.
Anyway The Illusive ManTM called and said a Collector ship had been disabled and that it totally wasn't a trap. The narrator said "It was a trap."
Was Level 14, I had 1 spare point and put it in Cryo Ammo 1. Garrus and Miri tagged along. Reassured Miri, saying "there are worse things than death, like being test subjects for twisted aliens." That did the trick. Found out the shocking truth about the Protheans: they were racists. But also they got turned into the Collectors. I then grabbed the Revenant and could say "Now I have a machinegun. Ho Ho Ho"
Pushed some random buttons on a console. Caused the floor to fly around a bit. Had to fight the bugs on the platforms.
Wished I would have done a couple real missions to maybe get the Viper, or another AR upgrade to unlock the AR accuracy when I did the platforms. Still wonder if I am way rusty or if Scion shockwave attack was improved a little?
EDI confirmed that the trap was in fact a trap. Told the crew not to jump to conclusions. TIM being known for honesty and openness wouldn't have knowingly sent us into a trap.
Eventually made it out just in the nick of time. Lucky. TIM confirmed he knew it was a trap. Couldn't believe it.
Kelly let me know how worried she was. After striking out previously with Ash, Shiala, Gianna, Liara, the Blue Rose of Illium, the Rachni messenger, Nyxerus, and the Concierge the streak was broken.

Mass Effect 3: Legendary EditionDid a lot last night. Defused the bomb originally set by the Turians on Tuchanka over a thousand years ago. Primarch Victus' son was killed during the process. Stopped Cerberus from getting a foothold on Tuchanka. Finished the Priority: Tuchanka mission. Wrex and Eve are alive. Mordin is dead. The Genophage is cured (I wonder if the next game takes place in the Milky Way if the Krogans will be the enemy?) Stopped a coup set up by that ass Udina who colluded with Cerberus. Best moment in gaming history is killing Udina. Had to go through the whole Ashley it's me Shepard routine again. Can't blame her because Kaidan is the same way.

Best moment in gaming history is killing Udina. Hmmm...I don''t agree. With him surviving he can be interrogated as to why he did what he did. He might even have information about Cerberus that might help. The scene is very similar to the broker dlc. One of the choices the player can make is shooting the hostage through the shoulder as well as hitting Vasir. Both survive for that moment. The same could have happened with Udina and the asari councilor.
