Looks like PeeBee decided to go with a jacket and breathing mask on the lava planet. A bold decision, certainly. I am really hoping that she really have a sealed suit. Dont make me remember pretty much all ME2 or Liara at Mars in ME3.   That being said everyting else looks really pretty. Liked that shot of the Tempest a lot.  All of the early media for Mass 3 had Liara and Ashley in the same type of gear, but the moment you put them in armor, they put on helmets. The same will likely apply to Andromeda, even moreso since I'm sure they're doing the same thing with squad armor in Inquisition to Andromeda, where everyone has armored looks to go along with their general style, with some armors being less covered than others depending on the person you put them on. PeeBee will have armor, especially since the very first time we see her, way back when everyone first knew her as the smiling Asari, she's wearing armor. They're just showing off all character defaults. Unless you think all of Drack's armors will have bones on them. |

For once it looks fantastic. I guess those are the finalized visuals. I always felt the graphics looked a little unimpressive before, just lacking in sense of depth or something and it looked too clay-like. Looks genuinely great in these and it also no longer looks too much like Inquisition graphics despite being the same engine.

Notice how neither Mass Effect or Dragon Age look anything like Battlefield, Mirror's Edge, or FI FA. |

Is the boost pack taking up the primary weapon slots??? Nah, Ryder is using the Avenger in several of the shots, and you can see it clearly on the back in others. it might take up the heavy weapon slot, though. If there is a heavy weapon slot to begin with. |

And don't worry about not noticing, I didn't notice the jump pack was an actual backpack and not built into the base armor more intricately until now, lol. |

Please give us different options for her, Bioware. I knew they'd give her a breather  . I really dislike them. At least for the jacket or for the non-armoured characters I get their reasoning, but breathers are honestly unappealing for me. I'm pretty sure that they're only showing off everyone's default outfits; same as they did for Mass 3 and Inquisition. Notice how Liara's and Ashley's default outfits lacked helmets, but put them in suits of armor, they'd be properly equipped. edit: Also, PeeBee thinks she's Dirty Harry and there's now a revolver in the game. Just a small correction, but Liara didn't have a helmet in ME3. She and Javik were both missing helmets. Hopefully that isn't the case with any of the ME:A squadmates. They should all have at least one complete set of armor with a helmet. It's hard to suspend disbelief when you've got characters running around in hostile environments with exposed skin. |

I really never understood the need for this over personalization of squad mates. Mass Effect 1 made it look more plausible. Going on a hostile environment? Everyone in hardsuits with full freaking helmet. None of this "cleavage catsuit, high heels and rebreather" crap. It had a hard sci fi quality...
