I have not played any of the games all week. I am kind of disappointed by that. I will likely play some this weekend, though.
I have been copying some of the more informative and helpful posts from the old BSN forums and posting them in the ME Game Mechanics and Character Builds forum.
I am wondering if I should create a new 'super thread' just to link them all, so they do not all get scattered.
I am also wondering if I should bother trying to copy over some of the class build strategy guides. It seems like such a shame that a lot of people's hard work will just be lost when the old BSN forums are removed forever. But it would take a lot of time and I am not sure how much of that time would be actually worth it to port some of that information over.
Sorry, just rambling. Feel free to ignore me. (Too late for that if you read this far.)

Grab what you think has some real value and bring it on over. We'll need all the resources we can get. Fextra can't do it alone.

Hi (quoting you a second time here to get your attention). I finished Feros last night with 261 Renegade and UNC: The Negotiation did not unlock... so 80% of 324 is definitely NOT what the Xbox edition uses currently. I then redid the end only of the Feros mission, killing Shiala, which brought my Renegade total to 270. The mission still did not unlock, so 80% of 330 is also not what is being used. I am currently redoing all of the Feros mission to bring my Renegade total to 276 when done that mission; and I'll let you know if the mission unlocks then. If it does, it will be pretty much a certainty that the Xbox versions also changed to reflect a flat 275 points for unlocking the allignment missions. I still won't know for sure about the Paragon one unlocking at 275 thought until after I do BDts. @anyone who might be following Vance's story - I pretty much have to wait until I finish with "adjusting" my Feros choices to suit this P/R experiment before getting back to writing his logs and continuing with the role play perspective. Sorry for the delay. ETA: Well, now I'm stumped. Redid Feros and changed enough Paragon responses to Renegade ones that my Renegade point count at the end of Feros is 276. However, the Renegade morality quest is still not unlocking. I've also visited three different systems since doing Feros and collected minerals, insignias and such... exiting the Galaxy Map completely between changing systems. Is there an additional requirement to actually do a mission after the one that hits the "unlock" amount? (That's about the only thing I haven't tried yet.) I'm as positive as humanly possible that the point count of 276 is accurate. Well drat. I was really keeping my fingers crossed for that 275. I checked on PC, the moment you reach 275 the message from Hackett queues up at the galaxy map (I did have to zoom out to cluster level and then down to system level to get it, but it was there). You don't have to land anywhere else. OK then, I look forward to seeing what value unlocks the quest for you. If your findings are right I probably won't be updating the wiki...too many variations. But again I really appreciate this.

But it would take a lot of time and I am not sure how much of that time would be actually worth it to port some of that information over. You could at least take your time to do it if you want to continue The whole forum has been copied to fextralife, so it should all be there and you would have no time pressure to get it done until the official BW forums get taken down. Continued ME1 last night! File#02 Personal Notes I have been made a Spectre. Which is very good, as I can do pretty much anything the way I want it now. Isn't it amazing what you can achieve with hard work ethics and a good reputation? First human Spectre. I love the ring of it. And we will go after this Saren... After first seeing the Council on the Citadel without sufficient evidence about Saren, we were able to get exactly that from a quarian we got wind of. Alenko, Williams and I helped her out of a precarious situation and she helped us in return by showing the Council an audio file she had extracted from a geth, incriminating both Saren and an asari matriarch. Their time will come to an end. People on the Citadel like and respect me, and I helped out some. Definitely might come in handy if I ever need some favours. The quarian now has joined the crew. I'm not too keen on it, but she is a geth expert. I hope she keeps her hands off my ship. A turian also made his case when he asked to come along. He was investigating Saren already when we arrived, so he might have some more insights. Captain Anderson was relieved of command and I am now in command of the Normandy. Not that I don't feel a little bad for the captain, but now I have more freedom about how to run things. My ship, my crew, my rules. I decided we first go to Feros, following up on some geth attacking a colony there. Might be a link to Saren. Screenies: I can't believe I got through all fights without dying, especially the assassins. But of course, a biotic class is pretty good for fights in general

Replaying the trilogy with man shep for the first time. Got to Peak 15 today and have been having all the Rachni feels.. such a shame we don't get to learn more about them, pre-extinction more so. Baffles me that we don't hear anything about Council backlash too, surely they wouldn't just ignore the not-extinction of the Rachni and just leave the Queen be.. Also, his happened at Port Hanshan. Excuse the awful quality, but.. what the hell? Hurts my eyes.

You don't have to land anywhere else. OK then, I look forward to seeing what value unlocks the quest for you. If your findings are right I probably won't be updating the wiki...too many variations. But again I really appreciate this. Currently replaying Feros to bring the renegade total at the end of it to 278... we'll see if it unlocks there. If it does, I'm tempted to say I've made a mistake somewhere earlier in the game and just didn't get 2 renegade points that I thought I had. I'll let you know tomorrow... haven't got much Xbox time today so probably won't get through this replay of Feros today. If they did make the change to 275 on the Xbox, the Paragon quest should still unlock just before Ilos. If they didn't and BDtS comes into play, I now won't have the 306 points required to unlock it (per the Wiki) before Ilos... so it just won't unlock. So, the new plan is - If Negotiation unlocks here after Feros (at 278), I'll juggle my choices to hit as close to 275 Paragon after Virmire (rather than the 305 my previously planned choices would garner me). Since the renegade option did not unlock at 261, I think it is very likely that they did make the PC change on the Xbox as well... so, I'm anticipating that Vance Shepard is just going to be somewhat more renegade now that I originally planned.

Been awhile for Jeff Shepard:
Visited the quarians and boarded a geth dreadnought with Tali - now an admiral - and Kaidan. Found a VI that took the form of Legion, a geth that helped me against the Collectors but was destroyed on that mission. We succeeded in deactivating Reaper code that was being transmitted from the dreadnought. One admiral fired on the ship with us still aboard. Pisses me off. Can't trust any of those admirals other than Tali but their fleet is too valuable to lose.

Vance Shepard (cont'd)
Personal Log: It's been an exhausting few days since I last made an entry. I've not been sleeping too well... I can't decide if it's just paranoia about a potentially lovesick Krogan beating in my door or wondering if Ashley is going to ever talk to me again... or the worry that something far, far worse than Saren is looming out there is space somewhere.
Mission Log: Port Hanshan - Landed on Noveria during a blizzard and a very unfriendly welcome. I did find out that Benezia had passed through Port Hanshan and was likely at Binary Helix's facility on Peak 15. It took quite a bit of double dealing, however, to get permission to leave Port Hanshan. In the process of securing a pass, I managed to help an internal affairs investigator with her investigation of the port's corrupt administrator - only after securing a garage pass for myself and my team from the administrator himself, of course. I deemed that our mission was too important to risk obtaining a pass from any source other than the administrator himself... even if it involved a little dirty wet work to get to that point. At any rate, we did encounter a large number of geth while enroute to Peak 15. We had been told that Benezia had arrived at Port Hanshan with a group of Asari commandos and several large crates. I believe the geth we encountered were what was probably packed in those crates.
Mission Log: Peak 15 - When we arrived at Peak 15, the power was out, the VI was offline, and the tram system blocked by a number of arachnid-like creatures we later learned were Rachni. We made repairs and continued to Rift Station, which was essentially under siege by the rachni. A number of staff had also been infected with a biological toxin they were experimenting with. The Rachni were alao found to be the result of their own attempts to raise their own Rachni army gone wrong. We retrieved the cure from their labs, purged the facility of many young rachni, and fought our way through Benezia's security forces to finally get to her. She appeared to be under some sort of mind control from Saren, but managed to break the control long enough to give us the coordinates of the Mu Relay (information she had extracted from the Rachni queen's mind and forwarded to Saren only moments before we got there). Unfortunately, she was unable to stay free of his influence for long and we were forced to kill her as well. I interrogated the Rachni queen and determined that she herself was not a threat. Killing her would have meant likely annihilating her entire species... something I just could not bring myself to do. I let her go with her promise that she would not threaten any of the other species in the galaxy.
Personal Log: I'm tired of taking all this crap from the Council and from Udina on the Citadel over just doing what it takes to get the job done... and not annihilating entire species in the process. Well, at least Ashley is talking to me again. It seems she was thinking I had some interest in Liara. Things finally came to a head in the comms room after Noveria and I was able to get Liara to back off... although I felt I was crushing her little naive schoolgirl heart. Ash and I will still have to wait until all this is over, though... dang regs. But... maybe if I can make it good as Spectre, I'll eventually be able to retire from the Alliance and have a relationship with her without jeopardizing both our careers.
Mission Log: Feros - The colony was completely overrun with geth when we arrived, although the geth attacks did not seem sufficient explanation for the strange behavior of the colonist. It took some doing, but we removed the geth threat only to discover that the colonists were falling under the mind control of an ancient plant=being called the Thorian. The Thorian's control was causing the colonists to attack the docked ship, so we returned to the port area with an untested nerve agent to neutralize, but not kill the colonists. I was reluctant to use the nerve agent and opted to punch each one unconscious instead. After rendering all colonists unconscious, we confronted the Thorian who had also enthralled one of Benezia's commandos. She was released after we killed the Thorian and provided us with some information on Saren and Benezia. However, she could not tell us anything about the Conduit, although she did transfer a cipher into my mind (through some sort of melding process) that, she said, would help me understand the vision from the Eden Prime beacon in time. Unfortunately, I felt I could not trust her to stay loyal to any side for very long since she seemed to be inclined to change sides with very little provocation. The colonists are recovering, however, and the colony seems poised to begin flourishing again.
Personal Log: Upon opening up the Galaxy Map to continue with our pursuit of Saren, Hackett resumed his apparent tactic to frustrate my efforts. He now wants me to enter into some sort of negotiation with a crime boss leader named Darius. I tried to tell him I thought it was a really bad joke to send me on this sort of mission, but he simply would not take "No" for an answer. I'm so tired... perhaps tonight I'll get some sleep. "To sleep, perchance to dream... Gah, Ash has got me reciting poetry now!"

I had an extremely busy week with lots of the school work, so I didn't play any game until last night. The saga of William "The Conqueror" Shepard continues.
Shep went to the Citadel to help Garrus find Sidonis. We got some information out of a Volus, found out that Fade was actually Harkin. We went to find him, killed more mercs, made Hardin arrange a meeting with Sidonis and Shep let Garrus shot Harkin in the leg. We then headed off to meet Sidonis and Garrus put a bullet through Sidonis. I don't think the paragon options in this mission make much sense. I mean, come on, just let Garrus shoot Sidonis and Harkin,
Shep then took Thane to find his estranged son. Commander beat up Elias Kelham and got the name of the target, a Turian named Talid. (When it comes to the interrogation, I really like the "cut your balls off and sell them to a Krogan" line.) Shep and Thane followed Talid and his bodyguards around the Citadel, and eventually found Thane's son and stopped the assasination.
After the conclusion of the Citadel missions, Shep helped Jacob to investigate the distress signal of Hugo Gernsback, the ship Jacob's father served on. Shep, Garrus and Jacob landed on Aeia, a planet that seemed to be perfect for the survival of ship's crew. However, Shep and his team discovered the ugly truth under the picturesque facade. Jacob's father had murdered or exiled male crew-members of the ship and treated the women as properties. Shep and his team eventually reached Ronald Taylor, who tried to cover up what he had done. Shep didn't buy his story and let the exiled crew to deal with the old bastard. Side note: I don't like the renegade option when it comes to the fate of Ronald Taylor. After all the evil things he had done, Ronald Taylor needed to be face harsh punishment. I wished there was an option to simply let Shep shoot him without questioning, but I figured the crew of the ship would come up with better solutions.
Shep picked Grunt and Garrus to board the derelict Reaper. On board the Reaper, Shep and his team discovered the fate of the Cerberus science team, they were turned into husks by the partly active Reaper, or quoting one of the scientists, "even a dead god can dream". While the team was pushing through waves of Reaper forces, they met a friendly Geth, which was something nobody had ever heard of. Eventually, the team obtained the IFF and arrived at the core of the Reaper. Armed with M-920 Cain, Shep destroyed the Reaper core with one shoot. After brought the Geth back to Normandy, Shepard decided to activate it and it became another valuable member of the team.
Tuchanka next time! Let's go bag us a Thresher Maw.

Karen Shepard (soldier) cont'd:
While Udina prepared to present Tali's evidence to the Council, Shepard decided to take care of a few "loose ends" left over from her dealings on the Citadel:
1. A man named Samesh Bhatia asked for Shepard's help to obtain his wife's remains so he could arrange her funeral. Bhatia's wife, Nirali, had been a member of Ashley's unit on Eden Prime and had been killed during Saren's attack. A diplomat, Bosker, told him that the Alliance was keeping her body but wouldn't reveal why.
Clerk Bosker claimed that they needed the remains for testing purposes, to help design better defenses against "Geth attacks". Shepard was on Eden Prime, and knew that "Geth attacks" weren't all that different from any other attacks, and wasn't willing to let the Alliance military-industrial complex make money by exploiting dead alliance soldiers and there families. If they wanted to run tests so badly, they could recover weapons from all the Geth Shepard killed on Eden Prime and fire them at themselves.
Bosker was clearly a decent enough guy who hated what Samesh ws going through almost as much as Shepard did, and quickly agreed to release the remains. Samesh was grateful for the assistance.
2. Shepard delivered Fist's data files to reporter Emily Wong, who was thrilled at the amount information into corruption and organized crime on the Citadel that the files provided. The two arranged for an exclusive interview, to be given once Shepard's work was completed.
3. An employee at the Flux nightclub in the Wards, Rita, was concerned for the safety of her sister Jenna, who had been working under cover at Chora's den. Shepard eventually found out that a C-Sec detective named Chellick was using Jenna to obtain info on weapons smugglers. Shepard convinced Chellick to pull Jenna out; in exchange, Shepard offered her own assistance to get intel on the smuggling ring. Chellick had Shepard pose as a buyer of illegal weapons mods; the exchange went off without a hitch, and Chellick got the evidence he needed.
4. Kaidan detected a strange signal from one of the gambling machines at Flux. The team tracked the signal to the back of the Emporium on the Presidium. An artificial intelligence that had been designed to steal money from the machines had turned on its creator, and now that it was discovered was threatening to self-destruct and take Shepard and friends with it. Attempts to reason with the AI failed, but Shepard was able to shut down the self-destruct before any harm was done.
5. Dr Michel, who had given Shepard and Garrus the information that lead to Tali's rescue, was being blackmailed for something that happened at her previous employer. Shepard investigated and found that a Krogan was behind the blackmail attempt, but he was working for someone named "Banes". Shepard turned on the "charm", and persuaded the Krogan that threatening medical clinics was a bad idea - what if he had some sort of "accident" and found himself needing medical attention. The Krogan got the message, and backed off. Dr Michel suspected that "Banes" was a reference to Armistan Banes, who last she heard was doing some "research" for the Alliance in the Attican Traverse. Kaidan suggested asking Anderson about him.
6. At C-Sec headquarters, a Volus named Jahleed asked for Shepard's help to protect him from his business partner, who Jahleed claimed was trying to kill him. (C-Sec refused to help him without further details, and Jahleed wasn't talking). It turned out that the "business partner" was in fact Chorban, the Salarian who had Shepard scanning the Keepers. From discussions with both of them, Shepard determined that they had stolen the scanning tech from their employer, had some sort of falling out, and now accusations and threats were flying back and forth between the two of them.
Shepard wanted to get the Keepers scanned and the data analyzed - she found it baffling that races that had been on the Citadel for centuries didn't know anything about them, and even worse, didn't seem to care - but she couldn't do that with Chorban and Jahleed fighting, and she sure as hell couldn't do it if C-Sec started poking around. Shepard convinced the two that she was happy to continue with the project if they would settle their differences. Shepard agreed to continue scanning, Chorban and Jahleed promised to conduct the analysis.

Shawna Shepard: 1. Went to go look for some missing Krogan scouts. Ran into Grunt. Found a Rachni nest. Found a Reaper-bred Rachni surrogate monster, left it to die.
2. Cerberus was attacking people on Benning. Distracted Cerberus while the Alliance evacuated the civilians.
3. Cerberus took control of a ground-to-space cannon on Tuchanka. Took it back from Cerberus.
4. Delivered a bunch of presents to people on the Citadel.

Been snowing here, so I actually had time to play as much ME as I could stand.
I mostly just played MP, because it activated my OCD big time. I got my Engi to level 20, promoted him... to level 1. Played Adept to 12, did not like it that much, went back to engi and levelled to 8. I got my second species card in the packs, much good it did me. I now have a Krogan Warlord and Asari Vanguard. I wish there was some sort of trade program to swap kits with other players. 'Cause melee and I are not particularly friendly.
In the single player, I went and saved Liara, flying past the battle that made me weep first time around. So, I am setting the difficulty to normal, because casual is now boring. I am back to really liking Liara, I guess I just really was into her ME1 version. Tali, on the opposite, I like far less. Actually, don't mind Ashley this time around.
Good times!

File#03 Subject: Feros Mission Report - Investigated the colony Zhu's Hope on Feros, located in the Attican Beta cluster, with Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko and Gunnery Chief Ashley Williams. Upon arriving, the colonists were attacked by geth. Disabled all geth in the immediate area and spoke to colony leader Fai Dan. Received information about the geth attack and ExoGeni headquarters. Got the colony back on its feet by providing food, a new battery, running water and disabling a Geth transmitter in the tunnel system of Zhu's Hope. - Crossed the Prothean skyway and received comm chatter in-between, the source of it being multiple ExoGeni employees in hiding. I received more information on the geth situation at ExoGeni, and was asked to look for a Ms. Lizbeth Baynham. - Learned about Species 37, also called Thorian, from a VI assistant at the ExoGeni HQ. Species 37 is an ancient plant organism with mind-controlling abilities. Zhu's Hope had been used as a control group by ExoGeni to study its effects. Rid ExoGeni HQ of geth and a geth ship, extracted Ms. Baynham successfully. Joker radioed the colonists attacked the Normandy back on Zhu's Hope. - Returned to the scientists, where Juliana Baynham and Ethan Jeong argued. Jeong had issued to purge the colony when communcations returned, in fear their secret about the Thorian would be revealed. He showed no sign of backing off when trying to persuade him into leaving the colonists and scientists alone, and was shot by me, Commander Neva Shepard, in self-defense. - Received nerve gas from Juliana Baynham to incapacitate the colonists and returned to Zhu's Hope, successfully disabling all of them. Fai Dan shot himself after breaking free from the Thorian's control shortly. - Successfully dealt with the Thorian located beneath the colony. An asari was released, claiming she used to be working for Matriarch Benezia, but was sacrificed by Saren in order to get the Cipher from the Thorian for himself. The Cipher is a means to understand the Prothean vision both Saren and I received from the Prothean beacon on Eden Prime. Successfully convinced the asari to give the Cipher to me, however there are no new insights as to what the vision means. More investigation is necessary. - Showed mercy on the asari to let her help rebuild the colony. With the geth attacking the settlement, Saren attempted to destroy the Thorian in the process so that none other can receive the Cipher. A few pics: Died twice at the section with the initial geth attack I thought I wouldn't need Unity so fast as I can usually manage a little on my own, but Ash and Kaidan went down so quick and I was left alone with the Destroyer in the end section. Interesting, as I've read now that if Feros is done first there's only the Destroyer, if done later it will (likely) be Rocket Troopers and a Juggernaut. I also really have to remember to not go to Feros right away if I want to be able to persuade Jeong instead of killing him

The Normandy flew into a TV when I left the Citadel That TV needs adjustment. Here's another place where the Wiki begs for an update: I've never seen the extra destroyer and Juggernaut promised in this "tower" section, and I'm practicing an insanity run where Feros is the 3rd story mission done, so I definitely should qualify for extra enemies.

Have also never seen a Juggernaut in the Tower... and I did Feros multiple times as the 3rd story mission just the day before yesterday. Not sure if it's done after Virmire though. Well, I've triple checked the P/R doing Virmire 3 times since... once at 275 Paragon, 277 Paragon, and 279 Paragon... none resulted in an unlock of Besieged Base. Since The Negotiation did unlock at either 276 or 278 (depending on if I made an error), I'm assuming that having now done BDts is making a difference and preventing Besieged Base from unlocking at the same point (per the flat 275 rate on the PC). I'm now going back to my save done prior to BDtS and will do the two remaining side missions and Virmire to test for a pre-BDtS unlock at 275 to 279 (flat rate per PC) after Virmire. If that's a no go, I'll test the high end (max paragon I can get without BDtS is 317 - although I have to double check this because I'm not believing it right now - seems too high). It is also possible that they've now thrown in some sort of stop to prevent the second one from unlocking after Virmire at all. This is going to take some time though. I am planning to eventually add in my spread sheet so that perhaps someone on Xbox can perhaps try to replicate the results if you want to make sure the data are accurate. One things seems obvious to me at this point... the Wiki is not accurate right now.

Shawna Shepard: 1. Went to sunny Tuchanka because Wreav wanted the genophage cured before he would commit troops to helping the Turians on Palaven. Discovered that a Reaper was guarding the Shroud (the means to distribute the cure) and poisoning Tuchanka's atmosphere. Came up with a plan to deal with the Reaper. Took a call from the Salarian Dalatrass who suggested sabotaging the cure instead.
2. Made it to the Shroud and activated some Maw Hammers which summoned a giant Thresher Maw to The Shroud. It took out the Reaper. Met with Mordin who informed Shawna that Eve was dead, leaving Wreav in sole charge of the Krogan. Convinced Mordin to sabotage the cure.
3. Took some rest, had a another bad dream.
4. Raided a Cerberus air base on Noveria, took some of its fighters as reward.
5. Went to the Citadel to meet the Salarian Councilor about Udina, but wound up in the middle of attempted coup by Cerberus. Rescued Bailey and hurried off to go find the Salarian Councilor. Found the councilor, but she was attacked by some Asian dude. (Is that racist? I think that's racist.
Let's try that again: Found the councilor, but she was attacked by some ninja-wannabe. Kirrahe took a bullet to save the councilor. The Wannabe ran away. Shawna gave chase in a shuttle but somehow The Wannabe stabbed the shuttle causing it to crash. Shawna gave chase on foot.
6. Took an elevator up to go save the rest of the council. Ashley tried to protect the council (how cute), but Shepard reminded her that you don't mess with Shepard, so Ashley stepped aside. Udina pulled out a gun and Shawna shot him.

Hi - Quoting you again to get your attention: After going back to a save before I had done BDtS, I did get an unlock of Beseiged Base right after Virmire with a Paragon score of 299 recorded. In that it failed to unlock at 275, 277, and 279 tells me that Xbox Edition does not follow the PC of a flat 275. However, it does not follow the 80%/90% split shown in the Wiki since the first morality quest did not unlock at 260, but rather at 278 (possibly 276 if I made an error with Jahleed's Fears). The second one could follow at 90% without BDtS (since that would 291.6 of 324.0) or some other slightly higher percentage up to 92.3. By changing some more choices, I think I can try to get an unlock at 293 (which is as close to the 291.6 I can get. May try that tomorrow... we'll see. It's taking a lot of replays of these last few missions, but I think I'm getting there.

Here's another place where the Wiki begs for an update: I've never seen the extra destroyer and Juggernaut promised in this "tower" section, and I'm practicing an insanity run where Feros is the 3rd story mission done, so I definitely should qualify for extra enemies. I loaded up an old save with my Engineer and also played that part on Insanity. Only a Destroyer appeared with some Shock Troopers. I had not completed Virmire yet, so maybe if Feros is the very last mission the Juggernaut appears? I will test this on my next run if I don't forget. Also I continued a bit. Side quests, here I come! File#04 Subject: Eletania Mission Report Located the downed probe with Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko and geth expert Tali'Zorah nar Rayya on Eletania, but the data module was not present. Successfully tracked down and retrieved the lost module inside a structure. Ambushed by geth afterwards, but cleared the threat. File#05 Subject: Armstrong Cluster Mission Report Successfully driven the geth out of the Armstrong Cluster, namely from Casbin, Maji, Antibaar and Rayingri. Located the main base of the geth on Solcrum and eliminated all of the present geth with Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko and Tali'Zorah nar Rayya. Found and downloaded geth data files from a terminal (attached to report). File#06 Subject: Nodacrux Mission Report Followed a distress call to a research facility on Nodacrux with Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko and Gunnery Chief Ashley Williams. The generic distress call was sent out by a group of ExoGeni scientists that conducted experiments on the Thorian Creepers and successfully turned them into docile creatures until the Thorian died. The scientists were reluctant to be taken into custody and attacked. My squad and I had to eliminate them in self-defense. No other survivors were present. File#07 Subject: Chasca Mission Report Followed a lead from Feros and investigated an abandoned colony on Chasca with Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko and Gunnery Chief Ashley Williams. Took out several husks around the civilian structures and found the source of origin inside a science facility. Intel from a terminal suggested that an organisation called Cerberus infected the pioneer team on Chasca (attached to report). File#08 Subject: MSV Cornucopia Mission Report Boarded the drifting freighter MSV Cornucopia in an asteroid belt in the Caspian system with Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko and Gunnery Chief Ashley Williams. The crew seems to have been transformed into husks, possibly by geth, and sent back into human space, perhaps as a warning. All husks aboard have been eliminated. These insubordination talks with Ash are hilarious! Loving it to play an ass (who'd have ever thought that it can be so much fun). Died once during the data module mission, when I was almost done. Sniper got me because I got stuck somewhere, ahaha. Also died once during the Socrum mission. The Juggernaut from above got me after a couple minutes... I shouldn't have turned my back on him Then I got a nice bug. My journal says I got the trinket from Sha'ira, but I couldn't use it on Eletania. That sucks

Shawna Shepard: 1. Talked to some people on the citadel, took some delivery orders (by eavesdropping conversations), and did some odd jobs for people.
2. Toured the galaxy looking for crap.
3. Went to a monastery, found a bunch of Reaper troops, including screaming Asari monsters. Blew up the monastery and shot the only remaining occupant.

Shawna Shepard: 1. Visited Anderson's apartment. Anderson called and gave the apartment to Shawna.
2. Met with Joker for lunch. An alliance intelligence officer named Brooks stopped by and said someone was trying to kill Shawna. Mercs stopped by and tried to kill Shawna.
3. Shawna escaped the ambush and made her way to a skycar lot where she met Liara and James who helped her hold off another ambush until Joker could get her out of there.
4. Liara found a connection between the mercs and a casino owner. Went to the casino and tried to have a chat with the owner. Trying to have a meaningful conversation with a dead man is impossible.
5. The team discovered that someone was breaking into the Citadel Archives. The team broke in as well. The team discovered that Shepard had a clone that was behind the attacks and the clone was trying to kill her.
6. Shawna chased after the clone, but was trapped in a vault by the clone. Brooks was also a traitor working for the clone.
7. Shawna escaped the vault and hurried to the Normandy, managing to sneak on board before it took off.
8. Shawna confronted the clone and remaining merc horde before finally killing the clone by literally kicking her off the ship. Then she killed Brooks when Brooks tried to make a run for it.
9. Joker suggested throwing a party. Shawna wants to go spend some time in the simulator.

It's random obeservations time! I've been playing a lot of ME3, and I'm getting ready for Halloween. 'Bout time to start decorating the yard.
--I finished up Mars and got to the slow-motion charge from Dr. Eva. I finished shooting at her, it autosaves...and the game crashes. Thankfully it autosaved right after she was done hurting Ash, so I didn't have to chase her again.
--Unlike last time, I'm talking to all of the crew members after every single mission. I felt like I skipped past some parts I enjoyed by not chatting up the crew as much.
--My Paragade is starting to finally fully slip into Paragon. I've been trying to continue being a jerk with the heart of gold, but the game doesn't give me a lot of chances to RP with my Shep's usual attitude. I'm at 4 1/2 bars of Paragon and just over 2 bars of Renegade. I know I'll have more chances to renegade actions that don't go against my character in time.
Oh well. At least Alex is more of a balanced character than my previous Shep was. I guess...mixing the answers between paragon and renegade as I felt like made Alex feel more like a real person. I'm going to have to try a FemShep Paragade to see the difference. I know that Paragade is going to be my favorite take on the alignment system.
--Did Grissmon Academy. This was the first time I used the Atlas for the entire final segment of the area. As usual, it was nice to see Jack. However, I noticed how half-lidded she looked during her conversation. She looks a little sleepy or a little stoned.
--I did the Turian related quests. It's probably one of my favorites in the game. "Victory. At any cost." When the Primarch first comes on the ship, my Shep was pretty snarky to him. After Lt. Victus dies, Shep was nothing but polite to him.
--I went to Benning and took care of the quest there to find evidence of a dead marine. When I went to turn in the quest to Dominic Osoba at the Citadel, I started to laugh. My Shep looks very similar to the Ambassador, so much so that Alex looks like he could be the NPCs little brother. Very similar facial builds, same nose, same hairstyle, same eye color, same skin tone.
--I took James and Garrus with me to deal with the Rachni. It was the first time I'd taken James and some of his comments are pretty funny.
--I ignored James' puppy dog eyes and took Garrus and Javik with me to Tuchunka. It was the first time I've ever taken Javik with me on any major mission outside of Thesssia. He was a ray of sunshine as always, but I enjoyed the biotic combos. On a RP level, I liked showed Javik a freaking victory for once in his life.
--Once again, I'm being summonded to the Citadel. There is a bug related to that and I checked to see if it was going to happen. I looked at the Procurement kiosk on the ship and sure enough, a Cerberus gun is for sale. It's the Hornet I think; I don't have the game on at the moment. Anyway, you can find it during the Coup, but you shouldn't be able to buy it until after the Coup is over. I'm not going to bother. The 10% markup is a little steep for a gun I'll be finding very shortly.

Shawna Shepard finished playing in the combat simulator on the Silversun Strip. She also met a lot of squadmates on the strip that wanted to spend time with her.
Now that I have got that out of the way, I will probably help Aria re-take Omega next. Not sure if I will do that today or later this week.

Over the weekend I was trying to do a "minimalist" run in ME1. Picked Infiltrator. Was a few levels behind my norm by the end of Therum and was at Port Hanshan way before usual. Then hit a fun problem where I knocked a Turian into a wall at Synthetic Insights and couldn't get into Qui'in's office. That's what I get for not turning in Opold to skip that section.
This run is the first time in ages I feel extremely poor since I didn't bother to exploit Dr Michel, and lack of side quests means less direct money and loot (indirect money). Still have the Stinger II ffs, and Liara has Shitty Armor MkI.
