Well judging by this trailer our hair wlil be affected at least by our use of biotics if we'er not using a helmet So maybe there is hope yet The hairstyle (even though we only see the back of it) looks good. Much better than in Inquisition. I don't care if it moves much or not, I just want decent styles and this vid makes me a bit hopeful on that front. The main concern in my book though is hair color. The hairstyle (even though we only see the back of it) looks good. Much better than in Inquisition. I don't care if it moves much or not, I just want decent styles and this vid makes me a bit hopeful on that front. The main concern in my book though is hair color. If I want red or obsidian hair I hope unlike in DA:I it does not turn out pink or blue. I mean Seriously?! Yeah, there were definite issues in the hair color department. Black looked atrocious on console and some of the blonde shades looked cartoony. I wanted to explore more funky colors for Ryder (like blue or purple) but I'm worried it won't come out right. But the shine... please tone down the shine, Bioware! I don't want my character's head to look like it was waxed 500x that morning, especially if there is barely any light in the room.  |

I just run a much brighter screen than most. Remember ME2 brightness scale? Run it all the way to the right and then use operating system settings and max the gamma -that is my desktop. |

I understand that not everything is possible but I say no to helmets instead of hair. If you want to play as bald character no one is stoping you. yeah I prefer hair instead of heklmets and being able to see my hero I've created iin the world. Yes I do use the helmet armo0urs from time to time but most of the time I only use them in the hazardou szones where I've got to use a helmet anyway in order to survive. Most of the time I just use one of the visors or something if I feel the need to use something. |

Yup and if its possible to make Shep sexy using assets that are in console versions but modded for PC there should be tons of options and even better graphics for Xbone n PC for Andromeda yeah I've always had trouble getting mods to work in the trliogy so I don't usually bother but given I've managed to get mods working in DAI I'm hopeful it might be possible in MEA if I fin the hair disappointing. Based on what I've seen so far with the hair movement and such I don't think I will though. |

I know long hair are probably impossible but I will be happy with a nice hair updos, hairtyle with fringe, maybe curls. There is many short hair possibiities the imagination is the limit here. Mods will appear but we'll have to wait for that. I'd imagine there'll be a couple of shoulder length options like what Miranda and Ashley have but I agree I don't see them going any further than that. But it'll be interesting to see how it works with the new hair physics the game appears to have and when you use biotics assuming your RP'ing a character that is a biotic anyway. Either way I have to admit I'm looking forward to this game even more now. |

To be fair, all ME3 hairstyles looked pretty normal from the back too, but then in conversations or during a cutscene you'd get a close encounter of the lifeless, retina-scorching, I-let-a-four-year-old-style-my-hair-in-the-dark kind. |

Isn't star wars battlefront made on frostbite too? The hair there is nice and simple, it moves and looks better than any Bioware game. I thought it would look like that but from what i've seen it doesn't. So it means that is possible to do good hair on that engine. Don't get me wrong, i think it ME:A hair looks better than any bioware game before, so i'll take any improvement.
BTW if you see the preorder trailer in slow motion you can see her strands of hair moving!!! Now I'm excited.
