What about the passive skill, Assault Mastery? Did you put any points into that? Another power worth to use is Pull, since you can do Warp Bombs with Miranda in your team, and Pull has a fast cooldown. Other than that, do you actually use both ammo types at once, meaning Cryo for Garrus and Miranda and Inferno for you? If not then you could just use one type of ammo for your whole team and put the remaining points somewhere else. With your squad I'd consider a build like this: Squad Incendiary Ammo: 10 Heavy Charge: 10 Pull (Field): 1-10 (I think a 1-point-Pull suffices if you use Miranda to do Warp Bombs, but that can be to your personal liking) Assault Mastery - Champion: 10 (I'd go with Champion in the passive for a faster power cooldown and longer power duration for Pull/Reave) Area Reave: 10 I want to say though that I don't have a lot experience with Vanguard since I'm currently playing it for the first time myself with a different build, but this is the way I'd go with your squad. I'm happy to hear more input from more experienced players. Your weapon selection looks fine to me. Maybe you want to consider getting an ammo capacity upgrade for your armor if you primarily use the shotgun (Off-hand ammo pack from Rodam Expeditions).

If you find yourself not charging a lot, then maxing Reave as your bonus power is fine. If you find yourself just using Charge most of the time, you may find that putting points into Reave is kind of a waste, but you can always re-spec your build. Since you want to take assault rifles as a bonus talent, then it appears you want to hang back a lot more.
Most players build their Vanguard like this: 1. Max Charge to Heavy Charge. 2. Max Assault Mastery to Champion/Destroyer. (Depends if you want slightly more cooldown or slightly more weapon damage.) 3. Max Incendiary Ammo to Inferno Ammo. 4. Put points wherever else.
Charge-heavy Vanguard builds typically use use this build: 4 - Inferno Ammo 4 - Squad Cryo Ammo 4 - Heavy Charge 1 - Shockwave 0 - Pull 4 - Champion/Destroyer 4 - Crippling/Heavy Slam (for setting up the occasional Warp-bomb)
If you want more a caster Vanguard that charges occasionally, I prefer this build: 4 - Inferno Ammo 0 - Cryo Ammo 4 - Heavy Charge 4 - Improved Shockwave 4 - Pull Field 4 - Champion 1 - Stasis (requires Lair of the Shadow Broker)
Reave is good, but since it has a base 6-second cooldown, it ends up competing with Charge's cooldown. A lot of Vanguard players used Reave in the past so it is a solid choice.
As for weapons, assault rifles are fine as a bonus weapon; I prefer sniper rifles or the Claymore shotgun myself.
As for armor, the Kestrel (DLC) set or strength boost pads for increased melee damage is typically the best for the Vanguard since Charge puts you in melee-range of enemies. Everything else is kind of a waste unless you want to slightly increase your weapon damage instead. +Health armor could possibly help a bit if you want a little more survivability after your first charge, but that won't help much for subsequent charges if you are still in the red.

Sorry i forgot about that i'm maxing the passive to rank 4 and evolve it into champion i'm going to have miri and garrus using squad cryo and inferno for myself also for the shotgun ammo capacity i can increase it by 2 from the tech lab

Claymore definitely needs reload canceling to get the most out of it, I didn't like it at all before I started using that. Of course using melee to help the damage of the other shotguns in knife fight range will also be helpful (even weirdly on the Scimitar IIRC). Shot-melee-melee (repeat) for Evi or shot-melee (repeat) for Katana.
Whether or not you will get much mileage out of Reave will depend on the playstyle, like RedCaesar already stated. Of course spamming Reave over and over again is pretty effective anyway.
