Well. It seems, Class system is not in Andromeda. Seems like they picked up clue from Kingdom of Amalure -reckoning. Many think this is a great idea as you don't have to go through multiple PT to experience all play style.

Having played KOAR and mass effect, I think it's a crappy idea. Prefer class system.

I'm comfortable with all classes. I'll definitely be avoiding soldier. Might lean towards infiltrator. Would love to play my first playthrough with an exclusively melee character though. Let's see if it's as interesting as they make it out to be.

But I intend on restricting myself to actual classes as I'm not a fan of the "classless" system that newer games seem to being gravitating toward.

Classes aren't dead, since squadmates and MP kits follow the classes, even with different name.
Beside, with the profiles and rankings, if you choose to follow a single path your title will be related to said class.

After a consideration, it's probably going to be Infiltrator. I wasn't a fan of using stealth in combat, but I started playing a CQC Infiltrator in the original trilogy and it's awesome. Besides, the new tactical cloak looks great.

Does the traditional class structure even apply any more? You can be all those things or any number of hybrids. Regardless, I voted explorer... just because it's new. Also, I hope the skills for that "class" are unique to Ryder. In DA:I I felt like my Inquisitor was always just mimicking one of my companion's skillsets.

I have honestly only ever played Vanguard in the ME series. I enjoyed it too much. I want to play as a Vanguard again... but it's almost become my Shepard's class. his sacred ability.
