I mean, even if you use QoS settings to limit their bandwidth, they could be pirating (if you care about that), they could be using darknet for all sorts of illegal shit, they could be into CP, who the fuck knows

Well, you can do that and many other things yourself anytime and since you have a wifi, you can always say you are not responsible because somebody hacked into it. Makes life easier for everyone including your ISP, basically clears all liabilities from everyone involved.

Used to work as an Operation's Manager for BPO's here. I'd blame the vendor for providing substandard employees for customer support. If they can't think quick on their feet and overtly rely on spiels, that's a bad call center company. Any BPO companies who mindlessly hire people to fill the quota and never truly invest in skill development won't be able to provide you good business and service. What's the best way to maximize profit? Hire under qualified people, overwork them, make them expendable as possible. That's the sad truth in BPO's. So when you call someone in the Philippines, and they sound disinterested.. insincere, and act like a douchenozzle, that BPO is fucking shit
