That's how many PSP I opened today to max out a new manifest. I had 3 hours in front of me to listen to Mozart's Don Giovanni. I made a new origin account, bought a 5$ ME3, cheatengined myself 999,999,999 credits for the MP, and kept on opening PSP (consider I had 3 "gifts" pack in the beginning and I had to spend 5000 credits to buy a pack in the beginning of the game to make cheatengine work). Since there are 210 UR, I had 14,43% of chances to get a UR in PSP. It means you would have to do 1748 SUCCESSFUL gold matches (1 match = 82500 credits) or 954 SUCCESSFUL platinum matches (1 match = 151250 credits). If you take on average 25 min to finish a gold match, it means you'll need 730 hours ahead of you to max out your manifest legit, if you only do successful and average/quick gold matches. Considering there are bugs, menuing, failures, mandatory bronze and silver matches, I guess the whole "complete" and legit experience should be around 1000 hours; I had around 1000 hours of gameplay before I maxed out my "legit" manifest the 23rd of march, 2013. For the record, I got all gold weapons and gears, all characters after ~50,000,000 credits. So I needed 100,000,000 more credits to get all UR. Since one PSP cost 2,99$, it means you would have to spend 1456*2,99 (4354$) to max out your manifest with real money. Thank you for your attention; I'll be seen you in 4 years for a breakdown on MEA MP maxed manifest

I'm clocking 1520 hs and I think I'm missing about 20 drops. Ugh.
EDIT: I was mistaken. I'm clocking 1152 and I still have seventy freaking UR drops to go.

That's just purely PSP. That doesn't take into account the poor sap who buys Jumbo Equipment Packs so he has medigel, ops packs and Cobra missiles along the way.
What I'm trying to say is
lolpeesea.

Using Cheat Engine instead of giving yourself credits straight through the console? smh

I'm guessing they will do a better job in ME:A at restricting hacking stuff, it's one of the main problems with ME3 MP.

I completely disagree, I've played more than 1000 hours and encountered a maximum of 5/10 hacked games (on PC) so I hardly consider it as a problem. I consider hacking to be nearly mandatory for soloing for instance because of the equipment consumption it involves and the dumb store system.

Then you've been very lucky, I've run into quite a lot of hacked games over the years I've played.
Don't really agree, I've done hundreds of solos without any need to ever do that.

I made a second account precisely to avoid consumables and respec cards issues (I could cheatengine my usual account but I wanted it to stay fully legit). Since I believe BioWare dropped the ban hammer I don't mind about PC people using credits hack; now it costs 5$ to get a copy of ME3, and 3/4 hours of your time to get all UR, 200 weapon III / Cyclo IV, etc. I'm more concerned about gameplay hacks like infinite rockets, but I haven't met a lot of "gameplay" hackers myself (under 10 for sure) during my 1200 hours into ME3 (considering I spent half of that time playing with buddies).
I think you can max the manifest out under 600 hours if you have a competent team and if you're used to platinum matches (which I don't like). But ultimately, I enjoyed pugging more than playing with a full squad of friends (1 friend, 2 pugs is ideal to me), and pugging is COSTLY. On top of that, after a 2-years hiatus, I've becoming really bad at ME3 MP and grinding is the opposite of fun.

Sometimes it is about RNG.
I played Gold, and then Gold and Platinum, only, and it took me just over 1000 hours to max my manifest.
Average at 730 seems quick. The best players were maxing their manifests at over 600 hours, and I was far from the worst.
Nevertheless, I appreciate the science and the note-taking this required.

Also OP bought only PSP which means he ended up paying 99k for his commons and uncommons (those were obtainable trough much cheaper packs). In reality it must be less than that. I am committed to see how much progress I can make with my alt account bought on the cristmas sale. So far it is going really nicely even tho I am somewhat hindered by not being able to PUG for platinum (I swear, I had it with the goddamn flamer).
