You're right, he did, but it's understandable why Williams had to step aside for that one - I mean, he's 84, they can't overwork him. And he's coming back for Episode VIII so it's not like he's out the franchise.

I'd understand if Hulick has left the franchise to try out new things like Jack Wall did after ME2, I just hope they didn't outright ditch him in favor of the new guy.

Could be a money thing.

Could be a time thing (IE ME 3 came out five years ago the man has moved on).

Could be that his musical style does not fit the type of story they want to tell within the confines of Andromeda so they are moving on.
