I use MSI Afterburner for capturing video, then I run that through VirtualDub to clip out sections as GIFs. I have ME3 running in a borderless window, I'm not sure whether MSI will work properly with Origin's overlay if ME3 is running fullscreen. I have MSI set to record as raw video for ease of editing, but in 1/2 size to conserve on file space. Once I have the GIFs in hand, I throw them up on imgur. |

I had a similar "bug" once, Can't use any powers, can't cloak, sabotage or pick up any grenades with my lvl20 QFI!!! Hey Bioware, this is crap!!! ...hmm...even the power icons are blank in the top left corner...hmm... oshit...I forgot to setup the QFI after the last promote.  BTW. A heavy melee can bail you out some of the "can't do" bugs, e.g. can't shoot, can't switch weapons, can't pick up ammo. |
