Asari are Mono-gendered. No males. Hence why I phrased it that way. Lack of any males automatically disqualifies them from the list... thought that was obvious? Also the primary reason Asari never get lost. Why must we stereotype a gender? I myself have no trouble asking for directions. If I am lost. I ask. Efficiency demands it. I am all about efficiency. Whatever saves time and time alone should be implemented. Also didn't Samara loose track of Morinth... ok not exactly the same but still similar.

I'm betting it's number 2. I think the Hyperion leaves just a fraction later than the other Arcs and it amounts to a few decades difference by the time they arrive. It's the only reason I could think of as to why there are already settlements and stuff when you're exploring planets. If there were time dilation, I could see that being the case. But seeing as Mass Effect tech negates it, anything traveling at superluminal speeds would ignore it. So if they left, say, a day late, they'd arrive a day later than everyone else barring some unforseen circumstances. Yeah, so maybe their ODSY drive wasn't working as optimally as the other vessels...travelling at a few light-days per light-week slower. This is all brand new tech so it would be more unusual for everything to work perfectly than not.

I have heard two different versions of possible scenarios: 1. The Hyperion Arc gets lost on its way to Andromeda and we meet the enemy. 2. Something goes wrong aboard the Arc and leads us to arriving late to Andromeda. Which is it? 3. BroRyder and SisRyder wouldn't stop arguing, so DadRyder turned the ship around headed back toward the Milky Way. It got them to stop arguing, but put the Ark a bit off-schedule.

So they headed back to the Milky Way? Guess that explains what went wrong. They ran afoul with the incoming Reapers...though that causes another question: How did they escape?

Why do you think the Reapers really attacked earth? PAYBACK! Dadryder beat them up, so they decided that they should destroy earth as petty revenge. It all makes sense now.

Nah, he turned back toward Andromeda once they stopped arguing. They were already running late though.
