alanc9 Nude mod and hacked the save file, to make Ash romancing femShep instead. SKARAsh was supposed to be a femshep LI in ME1, all the dialogue etc was recorded - so just continuing it.

... and the game is rated in a manner that accounts for the language and alcohol use... so, anyone who truly objects to it completely can avoid purchasing the game. That's why the rating system exists. So because the game has that kind of stuff, players should just accept that being forced on their characters? Kind of defeats the purpose of a role-playing game if you can't, you know, role-play how you want. I have sympathy with your argument, but there are always going to be limitations on the extent to which you can roleplay a character. You'll not be able to play Ryder as someone who decides when they reach Andromeda to hang up their guns and head on out to be a lone farmer, for example. There are certain things that are already decided for the protagonist. Some of those are big things, some of those are small things. As players, we all have to accept that we can roleplay only within the confines of what has been written and programmed. Such is what technology currently allows. |

There is a fine line to walk whether it feels either real or plastic. Hints of nudity (like in ME1) can be even more 'erotic' rather than full nude body shot. They just have to entice the player and thát can only be done with good writing, good voices and great use of cinematics. I absolutely agree with this. I'm all for tits and ass (and damn I hope if we get vag we better get peen as well), but ME1's scenes were light years ahead of what we had in DAI, which just continued the DA tradition of looking goddamn awful and embarrassing. The character models and animations are so bad it ends up looking anything but sexy. |

I fully acknowledge that my tastes are my own, and others may have different tolerances. However, I also think that if Bioware intends to cater to a larger audience, it should provide more options for the audience. I agree with that, although the problem is that, while it seems they're creating different types of romances for Andromeda, it would still lead to disappointment for some because the character they want to romance might not fit their tastes in terms of romance path/sex scene. Such is life. You might find the person you really fancy is into BDSM and you really aren't, so you end up not having the wonderful romance that could have been. Or you might be into blow jobs but your partner isn't, leading to either a) not having blow jobs, or  breaking up. It's clear BioWare have been trying to bring more verisimilitude into their relationships lately, with more variance, more options. And so some characters you want to pursue won't be 100% as you want them to be, and some will be. Again, such is life. |

Well that's probably us in Canada but I'm still a minor at 17. Unless that changed? I remember getting papers from the government when I turned 18, telling me to start doing my taxes because I was an adult now. That was 15 years ago though. |

In Denmark nudity is allowed at the age 10! And sex 15! Okay maybe exaggerating a bit but here it's no big deal and the beaches are filled with topless women in the summer and every little kid gets taught about sex in the school in a very early age. It's both good and bad lol. It's good they get taught early though, I don't know, I don't think I really care what the rating is actually, I'm pretty sure it will be 15+ here  |
