I always wanted this thing even though I figured it would just fire a singularity like the power (which would be super underwhelming) but as it's a pre-order bonus I accepted that I would never get it. Then a few days ago I begin my final play through of ME2 and what happens? Origin says "Here, you can have this.". Anybody got any idea why?
Side note, this thing is not balanced. I fired one shot and it immediately became my favorite weapon in any video game, hands down.

Maybe it's because they were giving out ME2 for free recently? That sounds about right. Interesting that they'd give out the pre-order bonuses with it. |

Well I also like it, it is powerful indeed ... but I personally think it is counterbalanced by the fact that it takes some time to fire. At least I think it has a slow fire rate. ( That or I am not doing it correctly.  ) |

A 4 second charge time with the Cain is long I agree. |
