I don't think it is mentioned in game. I've also checked WoT2 and apart from illogically suggesting that Arianni was from the Sabrae clan, which makes no sense at all considering that back in DAO they were down in the Brecillian Forest so how could she have met Vincento, there seems no indication of his birth date. The text says he came into his powers at age eight and that she was able to help him with his magic for a "few" years before she started to worry about the effect it was having on him and contacted Thrask. That would suggest he was still in his early teens in 9:31 and probably not much more than 16 in 9:34. Any ideas on this?

( So it certainly sounds like she was from their clan. ) Perhaps Vincento used to travel further south to flog his wares before the blight. As to his age? Bioware writers have never been good at math. |

Maybe in order to find new stock to sell, Vincento occasionally traveled? His travels could have taken him to Ferelden, where he met Arianni and she left Clan Sabrae to be with him. At some point after returning to Kirkwall, she became pregnant and he abandoned them. Being so far from home and with no money to try and make it back to her clan, she was forced to settle in Kirkwall's alienage.
As to his age, I want to say about 13 in Act One and 16is in Act Two? Just my guess though. As others have mentioned, timelines/math isn't always Bioware's strongest suits.

Seems yes, she was a part of the Sabre clan, at least they spoke about this:
