Jien Garson - The Next Illusive Man?

I was wondering about her and came up with the possibility that she might be one of the villains in the game. We know she's the founder of the Andromeda Initiative and the head of the Nexus Station so that puts her in a very high position of power(perhaps even the highest position). However, we also know that the Nexus has some sort of uprising that caused Sloane Kelly and several others to be exiled from the station. What if she starts out as an ally but later on begins to become more and more of an enemy. I mean, we know she has very high hopes about the Andromeda Initiative but we also not every thing is at it seems in Andromeda. Maybe the harsh dose of reality she experiences in Andromeda changes her and makes her more paranoid especially against Andromedan races? Then it gets worse when she finds out that her original human pathfinder is incapacitated/missing/dead and that the human ark was attacked. And thanks to her paranoia she only further escalates the conflict with the Kett. 

Well this is just my theory anyway. Thoughts?
