I was expecting a video of a player getting mute glitch and synced by a Banshee from behind.
What a disappointment.

If we're judging by sound, then the Raider's kung fu reigns supreme. what! The Raider is a sweet gun but the Claymore is all about the bass!

This discussion is academic imo Instead of arguing here, on BSN, why don't you all create team Claymore and team Wraith and settle this once and for all. Pick the teams of 6 players and do 3 plat matches (2 Claymores and 2 Wraiths - one match and two different players on each battle) with the same kit, equpiment. And that should be a better prove which weapon is better or worse. Meh. It's going to be hard to tell still due to player skill, incendiary mechanics if they were used, multiple hits, various other bullshit. Wraith is a very good weapon but with the reload canceling you're closing the gap considerably on the wraith as far as mooks. And if I want that power to stun a banshee and stagger her out of killing someone. Techno with her Desiple Asari would beat many Claymore Hsol.. so yeah, one to one won't say much.

Tincan got rekt litterally every single time someone has used it in my lobby

This thread again?
Fine.
Claymore is better than Wraith on PC if your cooldown is somewhat unimportant, which is most kits in the game.
Repaired Crusader is better than either.

Unrepaired Crusader is just fun too. On host at least. That gun is ridiculous. Even a headshot scrub like me can do it across the map. 2-3 Crusader shot and fat proeterian rag dolls. It's ridiculous.

To me, nothing can beat the sound of ME2 Widow and Claymore. They both have a sci-fi feel to them and they both have a bite, a weight behind them. As for the tin can opener - it does way too much damage for its weight and it's murder on the ears. I use it only on the Novaguard sometimes, for cooldown reasons. It's one of the weapons that got overcorrected (like the Hurricane), putting aside such obvious miscarriages like the Krysae (once upon a time), Reegar, Venom and Acolyte. I'm exactly on the other side: ME2 had a joking "Pthtt" sound for the Claymore, a turn off even on it's own time. Claymore's new sound took me by surprize, probably one of the reasons I fell in love with it. To this day, I'm still firing it continuously just to hear the sound. Other than that, I have to disagree with your opinion regarding the Wraith. It sounds ok (I wish my tin can opener sounded like that) and it fills the void between the Claymore and the exceptional, yet short range shotguns -the Raider and the Piranha. NO other shotgun can take Wraith's place. Of course it's closer to the Claymore's tactical and accurate style than spray and pray mayhem. Lightweight, hitscan, usable on ALL kits, with damage and a magazine that makes it Platinum-ready even at level 1. A very solid weapon, but anything but broken. I'm a Claymoar guy to the very, very core, but I can only feel respect for this weapon's uniqueness. The Hurricane, yes, it sucks. It's better than the freaking Revenant, a terrifying machine gun only the richest warlords could afford. Then again, they gave the Hurricane no competition by making the Punisher unusable - who set these recoil parameters and still has a job at Biovar is beyond any logic. #can'tbalanceforshit. Have Javik airlock it along with the other junk you correctly mention.

Claymore's new sound took me by surprize, probably one of the reasons I fell in love with it. To this day, I'm still firing it continuously just to hear the sound. Also the new reload animation and sound. In ME2 it was just a simple slide action. In ME3 it's almost like that your character loaded a fxxking artillery shell.

Just go with the REEGAR people 😎 There's no "thumbs down" button... Claymore is more fun for me. I seem to remember that the Wraith technically has higher sustained DPS than the Claymore - but I don't care. If optimum is what we wanted, we'd all be running AIU+Reegar or Warp+incendiary cheese. I play for fun.
