ofc I had to go now and peek that thread. What the hell is problem with some people? They have a nice female LI coming, they don't have to worry about getting a LI that matches their sexual orientation, yet they are so entitled they keep nitpicking and whining about this characters perfectly normal looks. They feel so entitled they think they deserve to get a Marilyn Monroe for a LI, in a bikini. And no jaw. Jawless Marilyn. Photoshop that, neckbeards!

And when you come here, everyone is happy to get a nice, colorful alien as a LI, black eye-whites and all, everyone is just ahhhh and ohhhh, did you see the eyes? Some of us might make a soft comment now and then hoping this alien swings both ways, but no bitching, no moaning, no whining. And this is about a colorful alien.

And those idiots have to whine about DAMN JAW! How fucking spoiled can some people be. Are these the same men who think they deserve to date a super model, even though they still live in their mothers basement and get 20 dollars a week as a pocket money. And are over 40.

Okay first though is "never - I'll defend him to the death!"

But, tbh, IF (big if) he is a jerk/idiot/rasist/blah I would kick his ass, no matter how pretty he is.
I dont think he WILL be like that, but every thing is possible.

What if you fooled around with both Jaal and another LI and they know, and are tense because they are fighting over you?

Ohh that presents another question. Do you think Jaal will be one of those that is ok with you being with another (at least until things get really serious like for isabela ) or do you think he's going to be possessive at the start?

Well, considering that Garrus had no value in innocent lives so long as the job got done... there could be a personality flaw in Jaal that we may have to alter... change his perception on, or some such thing. And it's possible he could be a little space racist considering the Angara haven't had interaction with the Milky Way races before. But maybe he doesn't know he's being offensive. That could always be a thing. 

Characters are always going to have flaws, I think in this case it's just a matter of whether or not his flaws are tolerable, and if not can they be tweaked with a paradigm shift?
