You know who would be cute together? Kallo and Lexi. Kallo as the pilot asking if you've been down to see Lexi and seeing how she is. Cuz he has a little crush on her. Maybe having people deliver little notes to her and such.

Now I see Drack crushing on Lexi lol but until I actually know Jaal's personality, pairing him up with anyone on the crew is a bit too hard and mostly just fun guesses atm.

Am I the only one who ships Vetra/Lexi? Imagine Vetra getting seriously injured on a mission but she's been through worse so she doesn't really make a big deal out of it? But Lexi sees the wound and freaks out? And she has to stay in the medbay for a while and after like two weeks of shameless flirting (by Vetra of course) they finally hook up or something and after that Lexi like warns Vetra before every big mission to take care of herself and stuff WOULDN'T THAT JUST BE SO ADORABLE okay I'll stop I'm so sorry guys

On the idea of Jaal hooking up with someone else if you don't hook up with him, I don't mind it that much. In the romance spoiler thread I wrote a whole post out of why a lot of people generally don't like LIs hooking up if you don't romance them, but it's not necessarily a view that I share. If I had a choice, I'd rather Jaal not hook up with another LI, but it won't put me off if he does.

I get the feeling he won't anyway. I'm still pretty sure it's going to be Peebee and Vetra. Partly because of devs hinting at their interesting relationship, and also because the character info we have so far makes me think they'd be a good fit. Both are willing to operate outside the rules so there's no tension there. Peebee appears to have never had a true family or someone to be loyal to while Vetra is all about family and loyalty. Peebee seems more fun and adventurous while Vetra seems kind of hardened and cautious. It just seems like they'd be good for each other.

I just thought I should leave this here because I saw all that silly talk about Jaal not being a squaddie. HE HAS A LOYALTY MISSION GUYS. I think that confirms it, no? (I also love that Jenkins renamed himself 'Jaalkins' on Twitter.   )

The thing about the devs being tired of us bugging them about Jaal is that we're not really bugging them about Jaal. They gush about Jaal all by themselves!

This actually had me laugh so hard and loud I snorted so hard it hurt. 

I just love that Gamble is like "there is more to Andromeda than Jaal"

And then immediately after the person gets confirmation on loyalty missions they jump immediately back to Jaal, saying he has a loyalty mission. XD

Gamble's eyeroll was so hard, I am pretty sure I heard it.

I feel like Mike is a Peebee guy and he's at war with the Jaal loving devs. 

I'm just glad she's not getting all the dev love. Makes the PeeBee thread nice and tame not having the "writer's pet like liara" posts that could have happened   And since she's (along with Jaal) an alien any unattractions like i said in the Peebee thread can be responded with

Me too, I legit laughed out loud! Especially at the last part... Mike's like "blah blah 'Peebee loyalty mission' blah", and he's like 'Jaal has a loyalty mission!'
