He has no idea how much I loathe that annoying little bandit cave with the waterfalls, secret passages and levels that don't quite look noticeable so I keep walking off the edge... it's to the point now that I just go to Rorikstead to report the Redguard woman.

Huh... I don't remember it being that bad. I generally really liked the dungeons in Skyrim. And Fallout 4's... Though I did tend to get lost in both, especially FO4's...   Oh, dear.

Gamble only said someone has a "crush", no reason that feeling must be mutual. So maybe no full romance and just a little adoring from a distance, when the object of desire doesn't look .

Nah, I do it all the time and I'm perfect.

If I'm remembering correctly something goes wrong with their cryo-pod or something. Might have been an early speculation though.

I think we need an info recap based on dev tweets that confirm the following:

Jaal is a squadmate
Jaal has a loyalty mission
Jaal is a LI (rumor is he's bi) and has a sex scene
Jaal apparently has a voice that will drive us wild

I reckon on the news front its going to be quiet tomorrow, but we'll get something (hopefully romance related) on Valentine's Day.

I actually quite like the Asari too - there's a lot that's interesting about their culture, and I dig the fact that they're big on diplomacy and scholarship, and they're pretty badass. But, as you say, it was like the writers just couldn't help themselves with the blue space babe trope... again, and again, and again... I even think I'll like PeeBee a lot, but... she was so prevalent in the marketing at first I couldn't help but roll my eyes at her every time she appeared. And Liara gave me Asari trauma.  (I actually liked her character a lot at first, but it felt like she was so favored by the writers it ruined her character a little for me. I understand it's largely because she can't die in the game, but still.) So yeah, having either of my space boyfriends (I'm hoping for Jaal and Liam for my Rydettes) hook up with an Asari of all things would just annoy me! But then, I prefer LIs not hook up with each other in general. If that happens I prefer it be for characters who aren't romances (like Aveline and Donnic, or Gabby and Ken.)

Good god, we have left every thread on the board in the dust. And this thread was made, what ? Little under 2 months ago ? That's absurd.
