Well... it's waaay down the line, smaller than actual cousins even, so romancing him isn't too weird. It's just such a weird thing that they added in. They were going for Game of Thrones no doubt  At least I KNOW I am NOT related to Jaal! |

So, I read there was an actual confirmation Jaal is romance? I mean, other than that super obvious hints to it was there an actual "you can romance the monocle rat lobster?" Tweet or summon?

You don't have one if you aren't going to be a LI and he's a squadmate for sure now and those romances are hardly casual. |

The Gaider effect  *sips haterade* I do think the DA writers were more keen on making us "suffer" when it comes to characters/romances than ME. At least they enjoyed talking about it on twitter and elsewhere. |

... Anywhooo, I think it was said he's bi... ish? Nothing official. The devs are just liking romance tweets from male and female gamers, and hopefully it's not misleading them. |

But what would that smell like though? I can't use lush products, my skin is very sensitive. Hmm I'm thinking a sharp herb + wildflower mix. Something that evokes the feelings of being untamed, and of beauty and intelligence. That sounds nice actually. Now I'm wondering what everyone's Ryder's signature scent would be. Mine would probably smell of mint because she eats nothing but mint sweets. That or strawberry cheesecake. Speaking of, I wonder what the Angarans would think of Milky Way cuisine, fruits, veg, meat, etc? Just how many of them would be thinking, "What the f*ck is that?" |

I say this as someone who adores Cole.) He's also responsible for Iron Bull. And Mordin's death. And the Quarian/Geth choice. And Brianna and Celine's relationship. Even one of the other devs called him a menace. Now, I love his writing, and he created some of my absolute favorite characters ever, but frankly I'm glad he's not on the Mass Effect team anymore! I don't think my poor heart can take it! |

Patrick Weekes wrote pretty much everything I liked about Inquisition. I'm not the biggest fan of that game, but when I think about Solas, or Cole, I Immediately want to go back. |

I suspect when we have more to talk about, it will only get better, not worse. I do hope that's this week too! Well, we've got Valentines Day on tuesday and I expect some romance info. We won't get everything, that's become obvious. But I'm thinking they'll confirm Liam or Jaal. Maybe give us orientation on some of the already confirmed LI's. Plus we should be getting a new bio and a new kit. Probably Drack's. |
