I. Would. Squeeam. That would be the best moment ever I actually wouldn't be a fan of it. It would make the galaxy seem really small if out of the billions of turians out there we get the one that Garrus was talking about.

You know the thing im hoping the most for from Vetra's character isn't romanced based but something weirdly specific. I'm really hoping at some point she'll tell you a story about the time she served on a turian ship and had a grudge with some turian guy and they decided to settle it with a sparring match. Then she'll say the line "I had flexibility, but he had reach" That would just make me freak out. Won't happen, sorry. Vetra was never a part of the turian military. Do we know that? Did they confirm it? Did I miss new Vetra info? Oh man Edit: just noticed, it would've said so under "known affiliations" my bad sorry

*casually logging in the next day* WAITWAITWAIT, WHAT! VETRA WAS CONFIRMED AS A LI? How come I hadn't known sooner?! WHAT. Now I will seriously have issues choosing my first LI. Unless Vetra pulls a Dorian. Then nope, I'm not going that way ._. I would honestly romance the guy as female but nooooo! But then again, if Bioware does the same thing here they will have a lot of angry fans to deal with! So since we are on the romances that never happened, and left many with teary eyes: I wanted two things out of Mass Effect 3 after playing through the first two games. First, to be able to romance the damn pilot. Second, to be able to romance a damn salarian (don't judge, I'm sure I'm not the only one). Nope, got neither. So now they give us Kallo. I'm honestly having too high of expectations at this point. While I would love to be able to get him as LI I doubt they will make him one. If it was just a pilot? Maybe yes. If it was just a salarian? Yeah, possibly. But both in one character? Nah. My gamer dreams will never come true T-T Even more thoughts of mine I had while I was gone: So we know Andromeda is designed in such a way that everyone can join in. However, they will most likely need to get the idea of the lore itself. The many players who played the trilogy already know what mass effect field is (at least to some extend) and what thermal clips do. But newcomers will have to catch up. So I wonder if they may make Jaal some kind of a guide at this point? He may be curious about MW story and ask the MW crew members about it and this way provide new gamers with lots of information. Do you think it may be? And now, here's the proof I'm too crazy about Andromeda. I had a dream tonight. I dreamt of playing Mass effect Andromeda on the Angaran home planet. I was just strolling through some jungle lands with an assault rifle in my character's hands, in search of something. And then, suddenly, a griffon appeared in the sky and I could ride it above the jungle. I'm honestly questioning my sanity at this point, I'm serious. Do I need help? (or maybe just more ME:A?) Glad i could be of service Honestly though, i'm surprised Sheryl Chee didn't jump in. She never answers my tweets

He does appeal to both sexes too. He's not overly beautiful or ruggedly handsome. He's just a nice balance that would please men and women. I know I have said this several times before, but I just. He is so pretty. His face is just so aesthetically pleasing. Not attractive, not sexy - it's nothing like that. His face is just very aesthetically pleasing to look at. I absolutely love his design. I could stare at him for hours. (tbh with all the speculating and detail-hunting over the last few weeks, I probably have lmao) Here, have a screenshot because why not. (in fact I think you were the one who first posted this in the thread? so thank you haha) Yes. I've never taken part in these "I'm waiting to tap this character"-speculation parties before, ever. Not even for Fenris and damn I liked him. First time for everything, eh? I simply have never been so taken about a character model. He is an absolute beauty to look at. Those eyes are mesmerizing. He is very male, but for me he has this little hint of feminine quality in his face I adore, in fictional characters and IRL. Someone else might not even see the hint of feminity I see, but for me it is there in his eyes, lips and in the shape of his face. This picture is my PC background and everytime I turn my PC on I sigh from pleasure. I'm a person who takes a great enjoyment of seeing things that I find aesthetically pleasing. He is so...so...pretty seems to be so inferior word here but he is!

Remember when you run into Rana Thanoptis in ME2? I mean what were the odds of that happening again?

A lot higher than what we were discussing, actually. She can be the only survivor of an attempt to clone krogan, so it makes sense Okeer reached out to her for his project. But at times they made the galaxy seem too small which I didn't like.

Oh no even without hearing the female voice in the trailer that confused some, people had a debate over his sex until a dev said he was male. Many saw that feminine quality and automatically said he was a gay LI only. But I agree, he's sort of androgynous in appearance and very appealing.

Almost like he's wearing lipstick in fact. His chin looks very feminine as well imo but that's because of the light colour, so not really. His face is a lighter colour as well, compared to the other Angara we see in the trailer. And it looks kinda like he has freckles if you look closely. There's also his ear-flap things that look like he has long hair so there's that. Also, he's pink.

So, this femininity needs to be balanced out with some masculinity in the form of lets say, some giant pecs and a six pack? I mean it's only fair.

Although it would have been great if we could actually ride a griffin in TW3...hahaha, yeah, I agree, must be it. And yes, riding griffons in one of the better things in games Like in the good ol' days where I would play WOW and spend waaay too much money on just flying around

I was only pointing out that he has feminine features. He's also hunky af, has the broadest shoulders, and have you seen his legs? Also his arms?? And his chest???? There's also something in his expression and generally in the way he carries himself that's obviously very masculine. And even if it wasn't, I don't see why it would need to be balanced out, men can be feminine. I just don't think Jaal is.

About Jaal's features... I don't see "feminine" or "masculine" in him; he's very alien. He does have big legs and a broad chest. I guess color-wise that is feminine since today we see pink and purple as feminine colors. His eyes are cat eyes (meow!). I find his face/lips very alien and can't really decide on that account. As to who he's supposed to appeal to, I can't answer that since different things appeal to different people, regardless of gender or sexuality. We are all unique individuals...
Personally I am drawn to more rugged guys. But in video games I also like romancing cute guys. Though often I will just take what I can get, and luckily BioWare has a good track record of making even the characters I'm so-so towards still great characters. And when it comes down to it, it's non-visual factors like voice, personality, and story that draw me in, hence why I was so disappointed Solas was super-gated, when honestly the guy is about as attractive as a potato to me lol
